If you want a doctors office to do the bare basics, such as call in your meds, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This office is a joke. After taking my children to a new doctor I will never be back. So unprofessional. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill because they cannot do their job correctly. Save yourself and find another doctor’s office.

If you would like to deal with a professional receptionist who actually does their job and doesn't make you go into a fit of tears every time you try and get something done, I cannot in good faith recommend doctor buendias office. He's great - the receptionist team, on the other hand, has given my script to the wrong person, lost my stool sample and tried to blame me, not had scripts ready, made me play phone tag, and it is the worst. At first we really liked this doctor. But quickly we noticed he would tell us one thing during the appointment and then on the next appointment he would totally forget. I brought up what he said originally and then he would convince me why that’s not a good choice. Very confusing. Then I realized this was a money scheme. I have hyperthyroidism some I had to get my blood drawn monthly. He would charge me $90 for the appointment for him to give me the prescription for the blood draw and another $90 just for them to tell me the results. After two months, I snapped and they agreed I can call for results. But boy oh boy did they make it difficult. It’s like playing phone tag. No one ever answers... EVER. It’s a joke. They calm you, leave a voice mail, you call them back within seconds and again, it rings and then puts you over to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional.... very. I have been a patient of Dr. Buendia for close to 20 years. His diagnosis and treatment abilities are always on the mark He is highly valued and appreciated by my family.

I use to love this doctor but unfortunately his staff has brought it down. The inefficientsy of this office has me looking for another family doctor. So unfortunate

Dr. Buendia has been my PCP for over a decade. He really LISTENS to his patients, a rare quality in Doctors, sometimes. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Buendia is an awesome doctor and very caring to his patients. Highly recommend him.

We love Dr Buendia! He is very good and thorough. He listens and respects our opinion and input in our healthcare/treatment. We have never had any trouble getting into the office when we need to be seen. Glad he was recommended to us. This doctor and his staff does not do what is right for the patient, He misdiagnosed my mother, then would not see her when she was still sick. If you need real help from a real doctor I suggest that you find someone else in Grove City. I am sure you would get better care from a vet than at his office. His office staff is rude, and do not know to help patients, and just hang up on them. I love the Dr he is amazing. So sweet I would recommend him to any and everyone.

It was great to meet Dr. Buendia as my previous doctor had retired. He was very informative in registering me as a new patient and took the time to explain what I needed to do to stay in good health. Very professional and I believe that I made the right choice.
