Dr. Civantos is the best. He performed neck surgery on me. Top surgeon, caring, very clear communicator, detailed and on top of things. He made me feel very secure and confident about the next steps. Dr. Civantos treated me 15 years ago and I am grateful everyday! Excellent care and follow-ups throughout the years.

Dr. Civantos operated me for a malignant tumor in my left parotid gland. He studied my case with the most utmost care and while foreseeing different scenarios, explored ways in which he could give me the best outcome. It was always easy to get a hold of him for an appointment, questions or concerns. He was attentive with myself as well as my husband, listening carefully to our questions and his answers were knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything he said he would do, he did. I trust Dr. Civantos because he proved to be responsible, honest, and skillful. I thank God every day for Dr. Civantos’ decision in how to proceed with my surgery because he saved me from living the rest of my life as a deformed woman. I have no doubt in my mind that Dr. Civantos was the Absolute best thing that happened to me. I am so thankful that he performed my badly needed surgery. He is Super skilled and very personable. And I would entrust him again to operate on me if needed. Hands down the best experience I ever had with any medical procedure.

Dr. Frank Civantos operated on my son (age 21) for a parathyroid tumor. We could not be more pleased with the level of care my son received. We were lucky to have a doctor of his caliber right here in our hometown. The operation was a success with ZERO complications. All the research my husband and I did, we knew there was a high incidence of complications if not done by an experienced and skillful surgeon. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Civantos, his office staff and hospital experience.

dr. civantos is a wonderful doctor and i am grateful for him. he saved my life. I had stage 4 tongue cancer and neck cancer. he did a 13 hour surgery on me. had to do reconstruction of my tongue, and remove lemphnodes from my neck. he was very supportive with my family. after 13 hours of surgery, he still found my family and told them about the surgery and how my recovery would be. I will be 6 years cancer free as of the end of august. the nurses and nurses aides were wonderful as will. n newman

Went to him to have a parotid tumor removed. Very professional and informative. Listened to and addressed my concerns. Was very knowledgeable and experienced. Post op was exactly as he had described. No complications.

He has a terrible bedside manner and very unprofessional to the collaborative care involving other physicians by verbally degrading them to the patient's. He is very arrogant and i will never recommend him to ANY person.
