Great Doctor. Great staff. Very professional and courteous.

I was referred to Dr. Gonzalez after two years of having migraines, and dizziness along with other troubling symptoms. Dr. Gonzalez made my health a priority every visit, was very involved, and through about my treatment plans. If it wasn't for Dr. Gonzalez I wouldn't have my health back and was a positive life changing experience.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Gonzales and his staff are. I have been a patient here for over 10 years and I am so greatful for their attention to detail and preciseness. I highly recommend them and actually look forward to my appointments when I go in!

My husband had his 1st appt with Dr. Gonzalez @ Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia.. Pretty office, validated parking. The got along great

Worst cardiologist experience, got a referral out in the community from the Veterans Affairs hospital to this “cardiologist” for care. No testing was done, he just asked a couple of questions, looked in a empty file folder and I was just thrown prescription medication. How can a cardiologist give prescription medication without proper testing? He DOES NOT do thorough examinations to determine every possible cause in providing the best treatments. He’s DISMISSIVE OF PATIENT CONCERNS, OVERWORKED, A BAD FIT FOR THIS PROFESSION, POOR COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENT, POOR RECORD KEEPING and BEWARE OF THE FANCY BUILDING ITS A CAMOUFLAGE OF THE POOR MEDICAL TREATMENT THE PATIENT WILL BE RECEIVING. When the VA Hospital has to refer a veteran out into the community through the community care department they pay the doctor in advance for whatever speciality, so maybe that’s part of why the person practicing medicine doesn’t care.

No one ever wants to go to a doctor because it may mean that you have something wrong. From day one despite our visits being over the phone (18 mths) and finally meeting him today I truly wish that all doctors could have the knowledge and Carib that he has. I have a great team of doctors at WBAMC and I put Dr Gonzalez right up there with them! And his staff is awesome too!

Please know that I have a background in Healthcare so understanding how it works and how to advocate for yourself and interface is the key to patient compliance and a good doctor relationship. His nurses will advocate for you but you must communicate well, concisely and clearly. With COVID and telemedicine, that is a challenge. Dr Gonzalez is one of those extraordinary physicians that go above their profession. He treats my mother with dignity and compassion and is never in a rush to leave her side during any visit. My family is extremely grateful and blessed to have this doctor in my mother’s life!

Love Dr. Francisco Gonzalez! I was referred to him 3-4 years ago for my heart arrhythmia. He cured my tachycardia through an ablation procedure and is currently treating my atrial fibrillation through medication. No blood thinners! YEAH! He is friendly, easy to talk to, compassionate, and listens attentively. Great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez for heart arrhythmia treatment.

Dr. Gonzalez is very personable. There is more technology than ever, and while that is an advance in minimizing pain and early detection of disease, Dr. Gonzalez still does human connection. That's the best healing. The office is run professionally and courteous, but I am glad a few staff, and dr. Gonzalez remembers we are human.

Very efficient and professional service

In April of 2018, I was transferred to Sierra medical center under the care of Dr. Gonzalez, for implantation of pacemaker for sinus asystole a type of sick sinus syndrome. I was in ICU for 4 days and subsequently discharged . When he came to see me, I was ecstatic. He has such great reviews, and I finally felt I was in good hands. I'm only 38 years old with these issues. I had been to countless physicians about my cardiac issues. So when he walked in I felt it was the beginning to my road to recovery. He comes in with a brilliant smile and great friendly attitude. He left, and I was completely surrendered to the hope that I was in good hands. Despite me telling him and providing all of my prior ekg's, echo, ct's and different heart caths. He performs the same test ( to get his own baseline) schedules the pacemaker placement for the next day. The following day I waited and waited and no procedure. That afternoon I was walking around the unit, felt short of breath and then passed out. There was a nurse Practitioner there, that came in to assess me while I was getting another ekg done. During the ekg I was feeling better, just light headed. She claimed I had a seizure despite no post dictal phase. I've never had a seizure. My pacemaker procedure gets canceled. Dr. Gonzalez comes in to see me that afternoon and friendly and listened. He told me if the neurologist rules out seizures then we would proceed. I said to my wife and family that he is not giving up on me. Next day, day neurology clears me. I dont see dr. Gonzalez again, only the nurse Practitioner. She informs me that everything is clear and I will be discharged. He convinced me that he was going to help, he sweet talked his way. He did not follow up with me about canceling or any other concerns. At that point my concerns were no longer taken into consideration. Despite many attempts to contact him, I was passed on with no regard to all the evidence and proof showing an issue with my heart. Three days after being discharged, had another syncopal episode and had to have the pacemaker implanted by another physician. I opted to travel to Arizona with Dr. Ott. Ever since, not a single syncopal episode and my pacemaker works wonders. My asystole pauses were causing my episodes. But he failed to treat me. I've since been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that has been affecting my heart. Dr Gonzalez has great bedside manner. As a nurse working side by side with surgeons for over 16 years. Friendly doesn't always mean exceptional. Dr. Gonzalez performed a cable replacement of my father's pacemaker at 85 years old, with one overnight hospital stay, compassionate and easy to understand communication regarding the procedure, and my Dad is on to a more stable quality of life. Excellent experience. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Gonzalez and can’t recommend him enough. Not only does he take his time to thoroughly explain and answer all your questions but he does it in a manner that you just don’t see anymore in the healthcare industry. An a few words, at time of appointment receptionist was ready to receive me, do not have to wait. The way they address me was with a In the reception we were treated very courteous. After paper work was done we only have to wait 5 minutes. The nurse is a people/patients oriented. Doctor Gonzalez asked the questions I expected to complement the evaluation base on reports from cardiologist refer from and sintoms. Base on that conversation I agree for a procedure.

My care from Francisco Gonzalez, MD, has been excellent. An ablation corrected the initial issue, and a subsequent minor arrhythmia was easily addressed by medication. And his nursing, technology and office team was terrific. The entire group, from physicians to front office and everyone in between, was responsive, concerned, cheerful and professional. In short, working with this team to get my heart stabilized and healthier was a genuine pleasure.
