Nightmare they said “we put extra”

I paid out of pocket for my gum graft, as this office will not directly take insurance (yes, you can be reimbursed somewhat later with an out of network claim). They forgot to schedule my one week follow up...so I had to wait from what should have been Thursday all through the weekend until Monday. Mind you, I could not eat anything because I just had this procedure. Surely they could have worked me in so I got checked properly! Then my next check up got pushed back and extra week, by which time my stitches had become EMBEDDED IN THE GUM. It hurt getting them removed and the assistant had to pull hard at my delicate gums. Dr. Cordini didn’t personally check my progress at either appointment! I go to my final one tomorrow where he’s supposed to see me, but what’s the point? My gums look nearly the same as when I started! And after paying a few thousand for just two teeth and going through a painful recovery and poor aftercare. Do yourself a favor and check out alternatives that take your insurance...

I do not recommend Dr Coridini. I certainly had a bad experience with him. I have since found a good dentist who is much less expensive.

This dentist is very well trained, has excellent chair side manners, and a competent staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone seeking a dental implant.

I came from Chicago, I was quite nervous scheduling a major dental operation with Dr Cordini. I had my long-time periodontist in Chicago and was very confident of him. I did not know Dr Cordini. He was referred to me by my local dentist, Dr Domato. I knew after the initial consultation that my fears were unfounded and that I was in good hands. The operation went exactly as planned. I am in the healing process which has also gone very well. The staff is great. Highly recommend Dr Cordini.

First visit today. I have high anxiety and was expecting the worst. Dr. Cordini and his staff immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained in great detail which I'm not used to receiving with other practices that I've visited in the past. Pretty sure I spoke with his entire staff, all fantastic! For the first time ever I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Cordini and his staff if your looking for a very friendly and professional environment.

Front office staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Cordini has great bedside manner, very personable and professional. Unfortunately in today's medical service field you do not get the full attention of a doctor, hat is not the case with Dr. Cordini. He took time to answer all of my questions and explain his answers in detail and what he thought would be the best treatment plan.
