Dr. Arian has been my doctor for about 4 years now. He is great! Takes the time to listen to any health concerns or questions I may have. Highly recommend! Josephina is also the sweetest!

I've had Dr. Arian as my PCP for nearly 12 years and have always been very happy with the care received from him. Additionally, his office assistant, Josefina, is one of the nicest and most efficient people around. They are both always good for a chat and a laugh over and above the great care they provide.

Dr. Arian is the best GP I’ve ever had. He is smart, well read, intellectually curious, compassionate, and accessible. He takes his time with you, explains everything, and together we make decisions on my health. I would be lost without him and his assistant Josephina, who is equally superb.

A doctor who cares really does still exist! Dr. Frank and Josephina at Victory Physicians are an exceptional, care giving medical team. Dr. Arian has been my GP for more than a decade. I'm not easy to please when it comes to doctors. They have to both be highly competent and have a good "bedside manner". And for me, having a good bedside manner means that when I go to the trouble to take responsibility for my health, by doing what the medical establishment deems the right thing, like proper diet, exercise and other precautions, that when I do all those things, the doctor gives me credit for having a brain. He gives me an almost consultative role in the approach we're going to take to a problem. That's not to say there haven't been times when he's applied my brakes! After all, he is the expert. BUT, unlike some doctors I've had, he doesn't treat his patients like idiots. So it's his COMPETENCE, GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS, and RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT that pretty fully explain why, 12 years running, he and I are still a good team for my ongoing health.

We were patients of Dr. Frank Arian for 6 years while living in the Palm Springs area. He and his assistant Josephina are absolutely the BEST! The level of care was superb, both of them are very personable, thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. We recently moved to Santa Fe and hope we can find a doctor here who treats patients with the same care as Dr. Arian. Been with Dr. Arian for 3 years. This is a 2 person office open only 4 days a week. Josephina who runs the office is overworked and can't be expected to keep up with phone calls and inquiries when she's with patients all day. Dr. Arian is abrupt, condescending and very loud - there's no privacy as the exam room abuts to the waiting room with only "french doors" between. I also expect my doctor to be in good physical health if he's going to set expectations for my health. Prior to Covid if you wanted a response you had to stop by the office to see them in person, and now, with Covid, even with a negative test you can't be seen in the office - only by teleconference.

He sits down with you and LISTENS! He honestly cares about you and your health. A very rare breed in these days of hurry up and go. Bottom line is he saved my life when TWO major hospitals overlooked the obvious. He saved my life by paying attention!

Dr. Arian is very compassionate and professional. He is to the point. Gives the best specialists and tells you why. Josephina is the best, his support staff. I am very comfortable with my health in their hands. If you are looking for a new primary doctor, this is the best decision you can make.

Frank Arian is a very caring Dr. He is attentive to one's concerns and follows up on them. His office is run very efficiently buy Josephina. Appts are kept on time and appts with other Drs. and prescriptions are done promptly. His very serious concern about patient safety in the current situation make one feel comfortable and secure.

I've been seeing Dr Arian for at least 10 years. He always provides me with outstanding service and care. Of the many doctors I've seen over the years, Dr Arian is certainly 1 in a million. His knowledge is fantastic. I know for a fact that he has probably saved my life. Dr Arian follows me for my overall health needs but in particular he was there for me for melanoma and prostate cancer. He is always friendly, helpful, easy to talk with and answers all my questions. At the time we moved to Palm Springs four years ago, we were seeking a primary care physician and Dr. Arian was recommended to us by two other local physicians we were seeing for the their specializations - namely cardiology and dermatology. Josefina, his assistant, models the same caring, sensitive and concerned behaviors as Dr. Arian when dealing with their patients. They are truly a very talented team who are always available for their patients. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found a physician of this quality and depth.

I'm so glad that I found Dr. Arian! What struck me first was how he asked questions and listened - didn't try to rush me. Took the time to find out if I had urgent or long term issues. When I appeared in his office with an urgent issue, a twisted knee he didn't miss a beat. Ordered an x-ray and a prescription. He and his assistant, Josephina have a really smooth running office. My prescriptions, labs, etc. are called in so fast! And they make sure they get the results. I could write a page.

If you need health care outside his specialty he and his nurse can link you to additions providers for the specialty services you need. Appointments are very timely, staff is extremely friendly, Dr Arian is very gregarious and takes his time when examining you and explaining his findings and opinions.

It is extremely rare, and getting almost impossible, to find a Doctor that spends appropriate amount of time with you during a visit. You cannot leave Dr. Arian's office unless you completely understand everything you need to know about any issues or whatever your specific agenda is for that time. Couple that with an ontime record that is unheard of, his attention to detail and ability to listen to you without talking at you are all attributes that are much appreciated. Dr. Arian is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable, caring, respectful and is easy to talk with about any health issue I have had over the past six-year period I have been seeing him since moving to the Desert. Having Dr. Arian as my personal physician is so amazing. He ensures that he keeps me healthy and well informed about issues I have had with high blood pressure, (now 120/70 was 155/85) and cholesterol (now 107 was 197). I'm 65 and feel like 40, thanks to Dr. Arian and Ms. Josephine. 10+

I've depended on Dr Frank Arian at Victory Physicians for TEN YEARS! He has kept me healthy and happy through a variety of illnesses, is always ready to listen, discuss and advise on any and every topic and, perhaps best of all, has never kept me waiting! Dr Arian and his assistant Josefina, run a warm and tight enterprise; I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed in the quality of care you experience!

Friends told me about Dr. Arian since I needed a Primary Doctor. I had been very disappointed and felt like just another patient number with several Doctors in the past 5 years. Dr. Arian does not miss a beat in his approach to his patients overall care. He is a Great listener which is very hard to find these days, he's empathetic, direct, and has a sense of humor at the right moments. In the short time, I have had him as my main Doctor my Blood Pressure is at normal levels.

I have numerous chronic medical issues, some very serious. I have been treated by many very good physicians, but none better that Doctor Arian. I'm a snow bird, but since discovering Dr. Arian I consider him my primary family practice doctor. I fear the day when he retires from medicine. He has a natural gift to assess the whole person, not just the obvious.

During a routine physical Dr. Arian detected an abnormal heart murmur and referred me to a cardiologist. The cardiologist discovered I had severe mitral valve insufficiency. He was impressed and said many doctors don't act on murmurs or even miss them entirely. I felt fine and had no other symptoms. I had mitral valve repair surgery and now its 100% fixed. If left untreated, in 5-10 years this would have caused terrible irreversible damage to my heart or even killed me. Thank you Dr. Arian!

I found Dr. Arian to be very thorough, who documents your concerns to your file as well as his recommendations to you. Whatever his instructions are to you are given to his iffice nurse who is fantastic with follow through with x-ray referrals, appointments etc. should you need a referral to a specialist, he is cautious and excellent in matching you with the referral doctor. Best feature of his practice is adequate plus time spent with patient. Never a lengthy wait for appointment.

Am so glad my daughter recommended this doctor, not the typical doctor's office but one with a strong military theme, myself being a mild prepper I really find it awesome! Now the doctor is very attentive to his patients, very friendly and knowledgeable, while I hope that I do not need his service too often, I do look forward to upcoming visits, I foresee having him as my physician for the duration! Yes I am an old fart LOL Should you need a family physician please give Dr Arian a look see!

Dr. Frank Arian is terrific. He is professional, empathetic, attentive, calm, hardworking, and knowledgeable. The first time I met him, the told me that he would be my "traffic controller" and that I'm in charge of my health. That did it for me. No lectures or arrogance; he just treats me like an adult. And my health is completely under control and I feel great.

Dr Arian is a very compassionate person. He appears interested in doing his job and listens to my needs. I left his office feeling confident in what he told me and that my medical needs are important

While he hits the marks indicated, my personal experience when suffering, total Renal failure, caused by a Kidney stone, which was not diagnosed by Dr. Arian, resulting in a phone call suggesting after several days of pain, that I go to an emergency room. During the course of treatment treatment which resulted in a stent prostate operation kidney stone removal and a stroke I received NO visit, from Dr. Arian, just three follow up phone calls from his assistant!

I went into Victory Physicians with a cold that wouldn't go away, it's gone. But I found a gem! This office is clean, comfortable and quiet. The whole time I was there (20minutes) there wasn't another person in the lobby. The Dr and staff are more than welcoming. I will be returning for all my needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Frank B. Arian as a Primary Doctor. I have been a patient for over seven years which included a number hospital stays. The words to describe this doctor would be, caring, sincere, knowledgeable, and overall good old fashion doctor attitude. I consider myself lucky to have him. His office is very intimidating. It's very old school. He has an obsession with WWII & Vietnam paraphanelia. But he's awesome, very friendly * thorough! It's hard to get ahold of them because it's literally just him & Josephine, his MA.
