Dr Chao really takes his time with each patient. He is thoughtful & kind in his approach. Yes, this takes time & you might need to wait, too... But in my opinion it is worth the wait to see a doctor that truly cares.

Be prepared to sit for a long time. The billing system he is using requires a lot of notes, reviews everything with you since you've seen him. And since when is the DNR part of the health review.

If there is a zero, I will use it instead one star. The experience with Chao is so unpleasant, I will never see him again!

Worst doctor I've ever seen. I personally felt talked down to. When you are in the office with the doctor that's supposed to be your one on one time with the doctor. Well that doesn't happen. Waiting time is two hours every time. The staff are awesome. They are the only good thing about that office . I DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Never left that office happy .

Wish I could have wrote a good review. I had high hopes, but they were all dashed. The office staff was great! The wait time was horrible! I waited for an hour. and then waited some more while in the room. I was there for 2 hours. During that 2 hours other patients were complaining about the wait too. It was the dr. that was a total let down. He is one of those type of people who know it all. He contradicted him self on a few occasions while I was talking with him. Kind of pushy on certain things, I made clear I did NOT want..He basically told me that my problem was because I had been congested since I was 11...I'm 29. so for 18 years I've just been congested! umm I think not.. I think that is something I would have know and felt. I'm not a moron. also that my memory must be vague. because my nose just happened to be like that. no it wasn't from what I remember clearly happening to it..oh no. He thoroughly explained everything though. Made sure the patient knew all sides of the matter. I left the office frustrated and with no real answers. Wish I could have wrote a good review. As a new patient of Dr. Chao's, I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided to each of his patients. While the waiting times may be a little extended, the quality of service more than makes up for it. He is easy to talk to, makes me feel completely at ease, and I leave my appointments feeling empowered (something that has never happened at a doctor's office before!). He truly takes the time to answer any and all questions I have. I would highly recommend Dr. Chao and his office staff. doc. lack of knowledge showed through on my issue. instead of just admit ting it and referring me to a specialist, he decided to make an awful assumption. his reasoning for my issue made no sense at all. no thanks but I want a doc. who doesn't always feel he has to be right.
