I was very nervous to try a new dentist because it’s been an embarrassingly long time since I’ve had my teeth checked out. To my surprise they made the entire experience so warming and gentle. Dr. Conaway and his staff were wonderful. I needed an evaluation of a tooth while traveling. They got me in quickly and gave me a thorough evaluation. If I were staying in the Waveland/BSL area, Dr. Conaway would definitely be my permanent dentist.

I was so nervous going in to a new dentist and the staff plus dr conaway we’re so amazing! He even fixed a unfixable partial. I will never chose another dentist.

Perfection, as usual, with the additional Covid-19 sanitization procedures at every step of the appointment.. from a masked greeting at my vehicle all the way through to the check out process!

The team’s professionalism is what one expects but their care of me, making sure I was ok throughout the procedure, was priceless. Always nervous to go to the dentist but they make it easy! I’m grateful!

Everyone is so positive and friendly. They get you in and out and always check on you later in the day if you had any work done. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease going to the dentist.

Dr Conway steered me in the right direct for some dental and oral surgeon work needed 1st was oral surgery and I return to finalize my protocol he set up. I highly reccomend his Staff 1) Very Friendly easy and comfortable.2) family atmosphere3) ???????? no pain. (I will return in about 6 weeks).

These people are awesome. Took me in at last minute. I didn't feel like I was being hustled for work that didn't need to be done. I was well informed on what was done and what needs to be done in the future. I'll recommend anyone to Frank Conaway and staff.

Yea, Dr Conaway fixed the partial that it stays in place when I eat. High five Dr Conaway. Also my sweet Hygenist, as usual, was quite through on my cleaning.

Love Dr Conaway and staff! Always warm, friendly, and transparent. I’ve been a patient almost 20 years and although I have moved further away, I won’t use another dentist. Highly recommend!

Dr. Conaway is gentle, patient, and THOROUGH. I went there after another dentist who spent 5 minutes in the room letting the hygienist tell him about my teeth and then charged me for an exam. I had a comprehensive oral exam and two crowns done. He listens and cares about his patients.

The best dentist I've ever used. His staff are very nice and professional, and Dr Conaway knows that most any dental patient would rather be anywhere other than at the dentist. He goes out of his way to explain things to you, and is very careful when giving shots to minimize the pain. (Some dentists have an attitude of "look, this is going to hurt bad for a minute, just deal with it" but that's not Dr. Conaway -- he takes his time and is very gentle when giving shots or anestetizing so you'll feel as little pain as possible and only very briefly). Overall, he and his assistants really care about their patients, and it shows. The best dentist I've ever used. Best dentist on the Waveland/Bay Saint Louis area!

I HATE going to the dentist. I'd rather be in labor and have an epidural than to get those shots in my mouth!! I went in there and told them that I'm nervous about the shots. I was very, very pleasantly surprised. It hardly hurt at all, it's like he hardly put the needle under the surface of my gums and started numbing and numbed as he went deeper, instead of stabbing the needle in my gums an inch and injecting me. I have been some places where it was absolutely, unbelievably excruciating. I'm going back Wednesday and I'm not even nervous. The first thing I came home and told my husband was (even with 1/2 of my face numb, lol) was that it hardly hurt. I said he needed to go! Also, my appointment was for 10am and and I was in my car leaving the parking lot at 10:30. Dr. Conaway has a sweet personality, too. Dr. Conaway and Desirae were both super helpful and encouraging about flossing more. Instead of just telling me that I needed to floss more, they let me know that my gums would stop bleeding over a short period of time when I start flossing more and that I just had a little "homework" to do. After my appointment, I came home with a renewed energy about getting my dental priorities in order. Let's face it, going to the dentist is scary. A visit to Dr. Conaway's office and the fear factor goes away. From the first person you meet, the secretary/receptionist to the dental assistants, to Dr. Conaway himself, the professionalism and friendliness cannot be beat. Both my husband and I have been very, very please with the reception and treatment we have received from this office. Dr. Conaway is the type of Doctor who stands behind his work and will work with you to make your mouth have the best health and look it can have. Very professional, well-run practice. I had heard horror stories about another local dentist making patients wait up to 2hrs before seeing them. Dr. Conway's office worked hard to keep me on my tight schedule even when I ended up being 15minutes late, I never sat in the waiting room or even sat alone in an exam room waiting for someone. They were proactive and took some of my information before my appointment so I didn't have to site around filling out forms. Dr. Conway was very thorough looking over my xrays and examining my teeth and gums. He was friendly and very helpful answering questions that I had. It's nice that they are involved in the community, their ceiling tiles were painted by kids at the local schools. Overall a very friendly, professional, and family-oriented practice.
