Dr. Frank A. Donatello

I have been a patient for years and have him to thank for helping me get a previous misdiagnosis back on track. His office staff are kind and always pleasant when helping check in or out or taking vitals. He may not have weekend hours, but he does have a few later evening hours to go in after work. It may be months between visits, but Dr. Donatello remembers stories and things discussed at previous visits. I haven't been this happy with a family doctor since I was young. I really enjoy seeing the doctor but unfortunately everyone else working for him isn’t on the same level. The staff is among the least professional I’ve ever encountered. One of those places that nobody is interested in doing their job. They have chased away many patients and I’m just another.

I have been going to Dr. Donatello for several years now. He helped figure out a misdiagnosis from my previous Dr and help get my health back on track. He listens to me and asks questions. He also will offer insight and help me figure what works best for me. He also remembers things I've mentioned at previous sessions and ask about that. I have never left an appointment feeling uneasy or unsure.

Have been seeing him for over 20 years. We cannot say enough good things about him. His visits are thorough and he will never cut you short in talking to him to get to another patient. Could not ask for more. Dr. Donatello is also a registered pharmacist, so you can trust his medicine dispensing even more.

I love Dr Donatello very helpful and kind preson. Always had time to take care of me even when I didn't have an appointment he managed to squeeze me in his schedule. I'm only leaving him because my insurance changed providers and they don't cover him any more. I never had a problem with his staff and Rx refills where promptly given.

Dr. Donatello is wonderful & I highly recommend him to anyone. My mom is 71 & has been a patient of his for 10 months. She lived in Michigan & her Dr. didn't seem to care about her or her health. She moved back here & Dr. Donatello listened to her & helped her when we thought we were going to lose her. She is not the most cooperative patient but he always treats her with a smile & kindness. He tells her the truth, even if she doesn't want to hear it. He has a way with her & she listens to him. Better than she does family. I'm very thankful he is her Dr. He came into her life when she needed him most! His office staff & nurses are great! They always have a smile on their face, even if my mom is not in a good mood. One in a million!!! Great doctor, smart, good listener and very caring to his patients!!!

IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULD.. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOC.. WHEN YOU ARE SICK YOU NEVER CAN GET IN TO SEE HIM. HIS OFFICE HELP IS VERY RUDE AND THEY YELL AND ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL.. HE DOENS'T HAVE WEEKEND HOURS TO HELP PEOPLE WHO WORK.. AGAIN DO NOT SEE GO TO THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Donatello is a very good listener and never rushes through appointments.

So I never had a problem with Dr.Donatello. He is a very nice man. My issue is the other people who work for him. Super pissed. Too long to write the office is rude.
