I was in the Englewood ER May 1, 2019. I was experiencing extreme back pain to the point of not being able to walk. Once I arrived via the ambulance, I was greeted by a RN who seemed to be annoyed that she was working the late shift deciding to take out her frustration on me. Full disclosure, I was nearly immobile therefore not able to physically move in certain ways I was needed to move for them which can cuase their job to be more difficult but it wasnt intentional on my part. I caught the nurse throwing dirty looks at me when she thought I wasnt looking, very unprofessional with no compassion. Dr Frank Novy III took it to another level in sarcasm and rudeness. He treated me like I was in there faking even after he saw my scans acknowledging that I have serious back issues. He has a real ego sissue and likes people to know that hes a Doctor and in his eyes more of a person than the patient is. Well, Dr. Novy you arent. You are a sad excuse for a human. Youre working 3rd shift ER bud.

What an outstanding bedside manor who is more than patient and proves an extensive amount of information. Is above and beyond exceptional!
