Dr. Frank Joseph Paiano

Women of a certain age should avoid this practice/doctor at all costs. He is a bully and abusive. He and his staff demanded a co-pay which my union told me I didn't have to pay. I did ask questions and he came out and got in my face screaming!!! And he told me to leave!! There is NO excuse for a male doctor to get in the face of an elderly female patient and scream at her! He is unprofessional and disrespectful. He should not be practicing medicine.

the worse office staff I have ever encountered, they are rude tyrannical like and tell you no for medical request, I am my husband caregiver and needed help they refused to help and said they would not contact the doctor about my issues. One bad experience can be overlooked, but several can not. We have other doctors we deal with and have a wonderful working experience with the. because of the issue I have the Dr. Piano quit us both, my husband is in the middle of recovery from some serious health issues and is still in need of home health. But they have no regard for the patient. I would have rated them a 0 if the option was available. Run fast away from these folks.

I give Dr Paiano a very positive review. He is one of the few independent physicians left in the area. I was unsure of my opinion after my first appointment but then came to realize the his process is very science based. He has helped my solve several medical issues I have had over the years.

Waited 2 months for an appointment. The day before, they called me to say I would be having a tele-visit and if I wanted to come in and see the doctor, I'd have to wait LONGER. He was rude and disrespectful, as was his staff. When I asked him about one of my concerns, he said, "I don't care about that." I am getting the tests he ordered, got my prescription refilled and will never go back.

I found him very knowledgeable and willing to take plenty of time to talk to me about my health. He may have a no-nonsense approach but sometimes that is needed. Especially when telling me to cut the sweets lol. He has been very patient and understanding. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Waited 5 weeks for appointment. Explained condition when I made the appointment. Condition is listed on this site as something Dr. Paiano treats. Day of appointment nurse tells me he doesn't treat said condition and that he can't help.

I don't think this doctor has the patient's best interest at heart. He doesn't listen to his patients and is very abrupt with them. He changed my medication and I ended up in the emergency twice in one weekend. I and my husband changed doctors.

Dr, Paiano and staff are totally disorganized! NO services i.e. blood draw, injections (including Flu or B-12 etc.) are available at office. Practice is limited to outscoursing needless tests; no onsite services are rendered. Even Rx scrips on refills require office visit (and they are NOT cheap!).

I found this Doctor to be very brusque and unwilling to listen to my medical concerns once he accessed manufacturer info about a controversial device. His lack of empathy brought me to tears and his impatience with me ended the appointment at his suggestion. I won’t go back or recommend him to anyone.

I was seeing a different doctor in the Villages, and needed one for my step-father that would accept his insurance. After accompanying him on his first visit, I immediately transferred my records to him. Not long after, my totally disabled sister became his patient. He is exceptional. He is caring, knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to actually listen and will give an explanation to any question in layman's terms. His office staff is top notch, I give my absolute highest rating!
