Dr. Telischi is an elite doctor and surgeon. I have had the pleasure of being seen by him for over 20 years and he has saved me countless days of pain and hardship. If you choose Dr. Telischi as your ENT/surgeon, you are in the best hands. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This guy is a clown. Spent 5 minutes with me, suggested a tube and ruined my hearing. I waited to see forever to see him for over a hour. Then a Resident came in, instead of him. He spent no time in discovery mode. Suggested a tube without any Scans it testing. After 1 1/2 months… I go back in wait for over an hour and another resident came in, I drew a line this time and said “no” I came to be treated by a Doctor not you. He walk in perturbed and I asked him “why” he suggested a tube? What do you know about my ear, sinuses or other that led to that decision? He had no real grounded answer then said he wanted to do a hearing test, which is lets obvious I can’t hear and suggests Prednisone “which is a nasty drug with side effects. This guy is an idiot. Oh - other otolaryngologists at University of Miami saw me for the same thing and just stared at me. 2 years later still have head pressure. There guys are lost. Being a Doctor these days doesn’t mean much.

Dr Telischi is probably the best doctor anyone could ever hope to have. I've been seeing him since I was just 4 years old, I still see him multiple times a year and I just turned 23. I believe that I speak for everyone when I thank Dr Telischi for his tremendous service and positive contribution to his field and to the world of medicine in general. He is a true hero. Dr. Telischi is literally my hero!! I have been seeing him for years and i absolutely love him! He is very kind, patient and positive. He helped me gain my hearing back and did successful operations. I was very terrified with surgeries and he made the whole experience a breeze. My scar healed beautifully and i have no complaints. The staff is sweet and very helpful as well. Great ???? person. Really good doctor

I was referred to Dr. Telishi by my ENT because of a hole in my ear drum as well as a lot of scar tissue which had caused a 75% hearing loss. The only way to fix the issue was reconstructive surgery. 1 of the best decision I ever made. His bedside manner was remarkable, never talked down to me , but treated me like I was the most important patient he had. Even my husband was impressed. My regular ENT Dr even said at my resent check up that he has never seen this surgery turn out so remarkable. I am back up to near perfect hearing.

Went to him for balance and hearing consult. After checking with my insurance, they said I was covered. Gave me a shot through my eardrum of a steroid. Lost my hearing completely for 2 days. Went back and they gave me a hearing test, said my hearing hadn’t changed even though I couldn’t even hear some of the testing. After a few more days my hearing finally recovered to pre- shot level. Overall, shot didn’t improve my hearing. I was ok with that until I received my bill from UHealth. Five K for the shot and one K for the hearing test - only partially covered by my insurance?!?! Dr Telischi has saved my daughters hearing from an ENT that ruined my daughters ear !!!!! I am very grateful for him hes very smart and listens to all your concerns. Excellent doctor!

I was highly disappointed with Dr. Telischi. So I have insurance and Dr Telischi is in network with a Standard co-pay however seeing as this doctor is employed by the UM hospital which is also in Network and UM decided to charge a facility charge of almost $1500.00 which the insurance Paid nearly $1000 of this ridiculous charge. How does anyone go to see an ENT for 5 minutes for a consultation and end up being billed more than $2000.00 dollars with a bogus facility charge? I have called UM several times to resolve this and still no resolution. This is such fraudulent and bogus billing by UM. Stay far away from UM as this doctor should care what his employer is doing to his patients! I was highly disappointed with Dr. Telischi. I recommend Dr. Telischi....He "fixed"(surgery) my 30% hole in my left eardrum caused by another ENT Doctor, elsewhere who ruptured it in May 4 -2017.....Thank you Dr. Telischi.

Dr. T has been my daughters surgeon and seeing her since she was 6 months old. He had performed over 10 surgeries over 11 years. We love him . He helped my baby hear. Miracle worker !!!the UM team have been like family ????????❤️

When my son was diagnosed with cholosteotoma, we visited Dr. Telischi and it was the best decision we ever made. Thanks to Dr. Telischi our son's hearing is mostly restored in that ear and he has an active, normal teenage life now. Thank you Dr. Telischi!!!!!

I suffer from otosclerosis and had lost hearing in both ears during my pregnancies. I have had two surgeries with Dr Telischi, first right and then left stapedectomies, done two years apart. He is a wonderful surgeon who is highly respected in the medical community and came highly recommended. Dr. Telischi is knowledgeable but it is virtually impossible to reach him. The secretary in his department almost never answers the phone, messages are not returned, emails are ignored. He is always overbooked so you may wait a long time to get an appointment.
