Dr. Buechel is wonderful, the best doctor I have ever consulted. I did my research before making my appointment. He has a long impressive career for total joint replacement but I didn't see him for that. I have had chronic pain in my back, leg and ankle for years. I put off seeing him thinking he would recommend surgery. To my surprise, I didn't need surgery but he recommended I lose weight, take recommended supplements which I purchased at Vitamin Shoppe, I agreed to an OZONE INJECTION in my knee. Very nice efficient staff, too. I just saw him for followup and I am about 90% better than when I saw him a few months ago. Thank you !!!

The best specialist I've been to. I wish he was my primary doctor because he spends time with you, explains everything, doesn't sit in front of a computer screen typing away - its refreshing to have a doctor who actually listens and cares. His staff is so nice as well. I was so scared when I went there as I was told by another doctor that I needed shoulder surgery. Instead, Dr. Buechel suggested I try ozone injection - OMG - it helped so much. I read about it before I saw him and his fee was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got for 2 other practitioners who offer these injections

Great Doctor, very pleasant accommodating staff. Dr Buechel spends a lot of time explaining things in very understandable terms. Very warm and he didn't recommend surgery right off the bat, but since I'm diabetic - he suggested ozone injections. I was surprised how well it worked and it was nice chatting with him during the procedure which was VERY interesting. The fee for first time injection is about $250. A friend of mine went to another doc who does ozone and was charged $350... This isn't covered by insurance and Doc told me that but since i"m diabetic, I can't handle cortisone.

Being a patient of this office for several years, the doctors are both wonderful! Dr. Buechel and Dr. Helbig. They are very attentive to your needs and very thorough in their strategy for your treatment. The entire staff is always friendly and quite helpful

Simply the best!. Did a total right shoulder replacement 30 years ago when no one knew shoulder replacements were possible.. Dr Buechel is a pioneer with new & innovative procedures and is recognized in the medical profession as one of the best in the world. Recently started providing ozone injections, which is cutting edge medicine, which has provided great relief to my non-surgical shoulder. Doctor spends as much time as necessary to explain your conditions and options & you never feel rushed.

Over 20 years ago Dr Buechel did my first knee replacement ..... Living too far away from his office has been upsetting for me since I was in too much pain with my hips to ride that far. I am happy to say I have moved back to New Jersey and intend to see him again soon! I recommend him very highly. He is the best. Evelyn McGoldrick

I really like Dr. Buechel. He is very understanding, took time to explain my condition to me, he recommended some anti-inflammatory supplements since I have adverse reactions to many prescriptions. His staff was very friendly and well managed - they work very well together, lots of smiles which is very reassuring. Overall, I was very pleased with my consultation and trust in Dr. Buechel.

Best surgeon around, hands down. If you don't need surgery, he is honest and tells you. If you do need surgery - he explains everything in layman terms and his confidence is such that you want to have your surgery immediately. Very professional but friendly office. The person who scheduled my surgery was wonderful and went over everything with me literally - STEP BY STEP. She always took my calls even when I think I was a pest... Top Rated Doctor

Excellent doctor and surprised he was right here in NJ. He has limited hours, so be aware of that and he is worth every dime. He pinpointed my problem after I had so many other opinions. He also discussed my weight with me and recommended that I lose about 20 pounds. He did so in a very nice manner and I know he is right.
