I just had a first time patient visit and cleaning. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I am so happy that I chose this dental office for our family. I had the best cleaning I have had in years!

I highly recommend Dr. Kim! I was impressed with his thoughtfulness around the procedure, taking the time to explain as well as answer my questions. I especially appreciated his accuracy and precision with making sure the procedure was completed correctly and of high quality. I did not feel rushed as with other dental offices in the past, and his bedside manner was very good. I am happy to recommend Dr. Kim very highly and am in agreement with the other five star reviews, in particular Karl Maria Fattig’s review. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and interacts successfully with his patients. I appreciate his conservative approach and recommendations that simultaneously support the best outcome for health. The entire office, from receptionist to hygienists to billing and insurance is run smoothly and pleasantly. I feel fortunate to have found Androscoggin Dental and Dr. Kim and his staff. These guys are great! I never have to wait for my appointment, and everyone I've dealt with is professional and caring.

I have met with both Dr. Kim and Dr. Smith. Both were very nice, efficient, and did great work. All of the staff there are very polite and very good at their jobs!

All staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist was entertaining and made the visit go by quickly. Both her and Gene also explained everything thoroughly and in ways I could easily understand.

Highly competent professionals who also happen to be warm and friendly. I admire the care I was given, even just for a routine cleaning. And the view out the window when one is seated in the treatment chair is lovely and soothing.

I have been going to Androscoggin Dental for more than 15 years now. I appreciated Dr. Wigand's candid and helpful attention, and Dr. Kim is in the same tradition. It is always a bit unnerving when a trusted professional retires, and the practice takes on new leadership, but this transition has been both by-the-book and a non-issue. Dr. Kim is a skilled dentist, who does everything he can to ensure that corrective procedures are as pain-free as possible. He tells it like it is, and communicates your options clearly, and with an eye to understanding the patient's desires in conjunction with his recommendations. He also has a kind and patient manner. I am extremely happy to continue as a patient. At the most recent visit, Dr. Kim offered to adjust a previously fashioned night guard on short notice, and without charge. I don't think it's a huge task, nor terribly complicated or lengthy, but it is nice that he was able to fit me in and help me with this. The hygienists and office staff are wonderful. They do what they do with professional calmness and poise. As a patient, you feel completely confident and at ease. The facilities too are very calming, nestled next to the Androscoggin river and some woods, with floor-to-ceiling windows and chairs positioned so the patient looks out into nature for the most part. Dr. Wigand and his hygienists are wonderful. The office manager is rude and unprofessional. My daughter was sick so I offered to bring in my son in her place as his appointment was a few days away. She said no and cancelled the appointment. My husband missed an appointment later that year and we received a letter telling us we were no longer welcome as patients. This after a roughly $100 per new patient fee per person. Nice way to make patients feel welcome!,
