He is the rudest person ever. I must have called his office like 3-4 times today and he hung up on me every time. He is so disrespectful. He does not even let you finish your sentence and just hangs up. i will not recommend anyone to come here at all. they don't even have a front desk receptionist

I first met Dr. Cogan on a Sunday when frantically searching through the Yellow Pages (yes, it was that long ago) for a doctor, ANY doctor who would help relieve my chronic cough. Dr. Cogan, not only answered the phone himself but he opened his office for this lone patient and saw me without the assistance of a front desk clerk, nurse or other attendant. I recommend Dr. Cogan highly.
