Dr. Gabriel Samuel Chua

Dr. Chua is truly the most caring and knowledgeable primary physician in the Bay Area. He is a genuinely kind and caring person who displays compassion and expertise in providing medical care to his patients.

No doctor cares like he does. He's one of a kind. Totally devoted.

Dr. Chua is the best doctor both my parents and I have ever had. Not only is he a great doctor, he also takes his time and gets to know you as a person, a quality you don't find any more.

Dr. Chua is a doctor who takes time to listen to his patients. There is often a wait, but well worth it for such care. He has a great sense of humour.

If there were 100 stars, I'd rate him 100 stars. I've never had a doctor spend such quality, (and quantity) time with me. He treats the whole person, not just a single ailment. He is above all else respectful and professional, but he is also friendly and has a great sense of humor. He is a listener, and I find that extremely important. He is #1 in my book and have referred others to him that feel the same as I do. Thank you, Dr. Chua.

Dr Chua is incredible he treats you like a human being and not a number. He is thorough and understanding. He explains your conditions by using charts and actual models of the human body. He is old school which makes him amazing

I am a patient for over 4 years and I highly recommend Dr. Chua. His staff is very friendly, Fantastic customer services. Dr. Chua very professional, he takes his time to check you from head to toe (literally). So saying that you need to be patient when wait for your turn, he will take his time examining you. Plan in advance for at least 3 to 4 hours of your time waiting and get seeing by DR. Chua. There should be more Drs. like him. Very professional & very detail oriented DR. will take care U

Dr. Chua is what an excellent, compassionate, thoughtful, intelligent, hardworking, considerate, good humored, (funny), physician, should always. be! If more Doctors would, and should be. The health care system in this country would be in fantastically, incredibly better shape!! This is a man who actually still knows what the Hippocratic Oath is, and believes as well as practices it Find me others who put their patients before themselves as much as Doctor Chua does! It. would be a hard task

The staff is very unprofessional, the doctor will spends a lot of time but it is all repeat and does not follow through with issues.. It has now been 3 weeks that I have been waiting for standing order lab sheet and still have not received it. When calling the assistant first said it on doctors desk then when I confront her with my last conversations with her she changes the story now she mail it but to the wrong address said she'd mail me another but again it has been 8 days and still no lab sheet... I wonder how many people have my lab sheet... I tried to talk to someone in billing again she stated she would try to leave a msg. I have not rec. my bill from this office since my visit in 10/2015.... When she told me the address they put in the system it was wrong.. What bothers me that if they really sent me anything it would of been return to there office and you would think they would call me for correct address or actually look in file and realize they enter the address wrong. No return calls.. Really if the staff is this bad what does it say for the doctor...
