Everyone's very polite and professional.

Office staff are professional and helpful. The overall experience is excellent.

Everyone is very professional and personable. Dr. Schoeppner is an Excellent Doctor.

5 stars are not enough to rate Dr. Schoeppner and staff. Skilled professionals all. No corporate-like disrespect for the patient. Dr. Schoeppner's treatment saved my eye from more serious problems and potential loss of sight. Follow up shows her true concern.

From my initial phone call describing my eye problem to the office visit with Dr. Schoeppner, I was impressed with the care, concern and efficiency exhibited by every staff member that I encountered. In a period of less than a week, my problem was fully analyzed, medicinal treatment was initiated and a future plan of action was presented.

Great staff and never had a bad experience!!

The optometry technicians are always fantastic and Dr. Schoeppner performs thorough examinations. The office staff is also wonderful.

Excellent eye care

On my first visit at this office I was greeted and then professionally treated by a friendly staff. I would not expect better medical service.

This office is always kind and efficient and answers all questions clearly.

I did not have to wait a long time in the waiting room. Office polite and friendly. Dr Schoepper and her assistant took their time to explain everything. Every question I had was answered. I could not have had a better experience

Staff is very professional , friendly and courteous. Very kind and gentle with my 93 year old mother. Dr Schoeppner is the best! She is also very caring and follows up on your issues quickly. She is very knowledgeable and an all around excellent eye doctor.

The average person would be surprised that anyone would give a 5 rating for getting an injection in one's eye. However, it's easy to do so. My most recent visit was with Tracy, fitting me for new glasses. She’s always super professional and a pleasure to work with, and she has an excellent “eye.” Highly recommend.

Always a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Dr Schoeppner and staff are very caring and attentive.

Every detail of my visit at Dr. Schoeppner Md Associates was that of compassion and caring. From scheduling my appointment with one of the gals at the front desk to the prep with Zack prior to being seen by Dr. Veena. I was seen on time. Pleasant staff. In and out in no time.

I am always impressed with the efficiency of the office & staff . Staff goes above & beyond to make sure you are aware & comfortable with the testing. DrS is very good at making sure you know & understand what needs to be done. I am happy to give a great recommendation. S my opinion The only problem I have is not withDr S but with those that do surgery!! I certainly did not expect to be told it would be 2 1/2 months just for pre exam & 5 months for any procedure!!! Dr. Schoeppner is an excellent eye doctor. Her office personnel is highly trained and keeps you at ease. Your eyesight is very important to you and Doctor Schoeppner takes the time to explain what is happening. She also includes you the course of action.

Very quick and effective service. Would highly recommend.

Although the wait may be long I have never had a bad experience at this facility. The girls at the desk are helpful and considerate, the doctors are never in a rush and answer all my questions and Tracy at optical is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Thorough exam, timely, covid protocols and always get my glasses at Northwood optical with no problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schoeppner for many years as had my family. She is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor, has the latest optical equipment and I have total confidence in her as a doctor.

Dr Schoeppner and Staff are wonderful. Never wait too long for appointment. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions one might have. Dr Schoeppner is pleasant, smart as can be possible. She explains to the patient, everything she is doing and why. I'm very pleased with how well her practice runs.

If you are diabetic and are having problems with your eyes, do not go to this doctor. My wife Clara had 20/20 vision when she went to her and after she was done with my wife she had burned off and detached her retina. She was giving my wife so many laser treatments every week, which we find out later is not necessary because the eye has to recover. Dr. Kaiser a wonderful and talented Ophthalmologist try his best to repair the damage she caused to my wife via eye surgery to stop the bleeding Dr. Shoeppner Gabrielle MD had caused, he also reattached her retina but the surgery was unsuccessful due to so much damage she caused to her eye. The surgery did stop the bleeding in her eye and we will always be thankful to Dr.Kaiser for saving her good eye from further lasers. Today 2/10/21 she was also seen with one of the top eye doctors in the world and he explained to my wife that only God will be the only one to connect all those missing tissues that were burned via laser. He explained to my wife that Dr. Shoeppner Gabreille MD did was like putting a burning cigarette bud on your eye. Do not go to Schoeppner Gabrielle MD if you are diabetic, go to Dr.Kaiser instead if you value your vision. My wife is now blind from one eye because of all the laser treatments she did on my wife's eye. It has been now over 10 years, and my wife still has hopes that she will see again. Rude. Dismissive and rude staff.

Dr Gabrielle Schoeppner has refused to take a Medicare patient with Medicare N plan. They refused to treat a patient and this in my view is Malpractice. Their receptionist was rude and condisending. She was absolutely no help what so ever. I will report this to Medicare and you have lost my business and my family and friends business and they number many.

My grandmother had an appointment and an hour and half later she still is not done. She was been sitting in the exam room for OVER 45mins. This is EVERY TIME we come to her appointments. And if we would have shown up 5 - 10 minutes late we would of had to reschedule! You have to plan to be here for at least 2 hours or more just for a check up!!! It's totally ridiculous. They need to Stop OVER booking!!! The majority of the patients in the waiting room are elderly, and should not have to sit and wait this long. I have to find a baby sitter for my infant because I can't expect her sit here that long without fussing and disrupting the office. There is no complaint against the doctor, it's whoever puts 3-4 people in the same time slot!! I would not recommend this office based on the wait time time for a check up alone!!! I have nothing but praise for Dr. Schoeppner. Yes you have to wait to be seen but that is because she is in such high demand because she is the best. When she is with her patients she spends time and does not rush you out the door. She takes time to answer all your questions. If you have ever been to Wills Eye you wouldn't complain about the wait time at Dr. Schoeppners.

It is a given that thorough eye exam appointments are not quick. However, I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and it seems that mornings always have longer wait times. Either they overbook or they have emergency fit-in appointments. I've had better luck with afternoon appts.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the eye doctor appointment my husband had with Dr . Schoeppner this afternoon, June 6th. My 78 year old husband had his eyes dilated and had to drive himself home, in the sun, with no dark glasses with dilated eyes. I do not consider this safe at all! I am going to inform the practice that next time his appointment includes having his eyes dilated, we want to have a call the day before informing us ahead of time, so he has a driver. Or we will be switching Drs.

Dr Schoeppner, although very caring, does not schedule her office visits well. I have always waited at least an hour to get seen for my annual exam. Dr Vena is also very caring and thorough. I like them both equally but the wait time is just ridiculous.
