Gagandeep Singh Mangat

I've been to Gateway Radiology several times for various radiology services for me and my family. They are professional, accommodating, and efficient. They have been able to fit me and provide results when other places had me waiting. I especially appreciate Dr. Mangat! Will definitely use their services again.

My husband has been there multiple times for ct scans and other procedures. Dr Mangat is the best. And kudos to all the staff, front office and the people in the back rooms. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The nurses and technicians have all been top notch with him. He deserves his 5 stars.

I went into gateway radiology today with apprehension concerning my impending test. Checked in with very Little wait time. All personnel that I encountered, treated me with respect and were helpful in answering my questions. When Doctor Mangat came in before procedure, he explained everything and answered all questions. He totally Demi I shed my concerns. During procedure, he told me what he was doing at each level. His care and knowledge were excellent. After my liver biopsy, everything he said I found to be spot on. From the beginning to end, what he stated is what happened. . I would, if necessary see him again.

I battle with Dupuytren's Contracture in Left Hand but MRI with and without Contrast at Gateway Radiology did not see or report on it.

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional - wouldn't ever go there again for a million bucks: wrote a letter to the physician owners about my experience there and got no reply - THE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION OR PATIENTS ????

After being told that with our current insurance would be covered a 100% for radiographs a few weeks later we received a bill in the mail. I called the insurance company to see what was going on with the bill. Come to find out they have a contract with my insurance company as a private imaging center and they are billing me as private office even though they have a contract with my insurance company stating different. A women named Mary told my representative of my insurance that she understood that what they were doing was incorrect but would keep doing anyways. Gateway radiology is billing people who probably shouldn't be getting billed. Horrible place!!! Go elsewhere !!! To many other places to choose from these days that will be honest. This experience was absolutely atrocious. My appointment was at 4:15 and waited over an hour to be seen. The Asian ultrasound tech was absolutely unprofessional. First of all when we walked into the room, she had disgusting R&B music playing and made my boyfriend close the door for her. She was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I will never go there again was sent there by my doctor to find out if I had a DVT they said I didn't two days later I ended up in the ER where they diagnosed me with having a blood clot. My doctor says it was there all along they didn't read the films correctly

Incredible ! You have to wait to make an appointment or wait about an hour for a simple x ray. Girl at the front desk was rude. I won't ever go back. So much for caring about patients ! I left and went somewhere else.

I had to have a CT with contrast. I am allergic to the original contrast, so need premedication. They had a medical assistant give the instructions and meds, even though he knew NOTHING of the medication. This is a violation, BTW, of the Nurse Practice Act. I reacted very badly to the contrast despite taking the premedication as ordered. They watched me for a short time and then sent me home. The NEVER checked to see if I was ok after that, which would have been standard of care. I had brought in DVDs of all my other CTs, as requested. The radiologist (Patel) never bothered to look at the (3) past CTs, and then had the gall to complain in his report about not having previous test results!! I wound up having an unnecessary PET scan at considerable expense because of their carelessness. Even though they were advised immediately of their failure to use the previous results, it took Patel a solid month to issue a corrected report. I am an RN, so I am familiar with standard of care. Obviously, they aren't. I wouldn't send an ex-husband to Gateway! There are other problems with them, but those were the worst! I had to have a CT with contrast. Vickie is RUDE. I was trying to make an appointment and she was just rude.. Didn't seem to care that I was told to ask for her BY MY DOCTORS office.. Then tells me I am to young to have what I needed done due to policy. I'm sorry it what my Doctor order and who put a AGE number on something.. That is Crap on Gateways part to have that policy because some medical things don't have and AGE limit. I would not send anyone here if their life depended on it!!!
