Worst dr I have ever seen- felt like she was setting me up for a C-section. She actually mentioned that I had good insurance so she was going to do a bunch of tests- Saying I weighed too much, was drinking too much water. Kept scheduling me for so many tests- calling my pregnancy high risk. I switched doctors- new doctor didn’t think I was over weight, over hydrated or that I was high risk. Delivered vaginally with no issues. BEWARE.

Very rude and unprofessional. I seen her with my first pregnancy until 36 weeks and I could not take it anymore and found someone else. Without doing ultrasounds she said she was scheduling me for a c-section, saying the baby was too big. (The dr i seen said I didn't need one and delivered a perfectly healthy baby.) While I was pregnant I got sick and she told me to take nyquil and I said I didn't feel comfortable taking that is there another OTC she could recommend and her response was to walk up and down the aisle and take whatever I wanted... just 2 examples out of the many! This woman ruined my whole 1st pregnancy experience and thankfully the dr who took me so late at 36 weeks did and turned my next experiences around. Very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Miller is amazing and so is the staff!!! She’s extremely thorough and will not miss a beat when it comes to your health. The staff is so warming and friendly. Feels like home... I found Dr. Miller in the beginning of my first pregnancy. I was having complications, was told by my previous OB/GYN that the pregnancy would not go full term. Oddly, I would run into strangers who all recommended and knew of Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller was not able to save the pregnancy. However, she took the time (which didn’t take long) to find out why the pregnancy failed. She “whipped my body into shape” so I could have a successful pregnancy. I followed all her recommendations and now have a healthy beautiful 21 month old. Because my pregnancy was considered high risk, Dr. Miller tracked ALL my activities. Each visit she discussed what I should expect. I never had any concerns about how my body was adjusting to pregnancy. Nothing came as a “surprise”. I love that Dr. Miller is not apart of a “group”. She’s the only OB/GYN in her practice/office; therefore she had the opportunity to know me and was with me every step of the way. She’s honestly an angel sent. I miss seeing her and her staff. Sophie in the financial department is sweet too. She works with you on your current balance that’s due. I love them all. I loved Dr. Miller since my 1st time in her doctors office. She explained every procedure in detail and how it'd be resolved. She extremely nice well versed and know what's going on. I can't wait to continue my journey with her.

A little longer wait than I am accustomed to, otherwise, great. The doctor is very patient and takes her time to explain the process. I felt comfortable with the screening and understood everything that was explained to me. Dr. Miller is the best and the music in the office is fantastic.

Horrible bedside manners and doctor does not allow you to talk as she talks over you 99% of the time. The problem with some doctors is that they think they know it all and don’t think they need to listen to the patient. Only pro was that she got me in quickly on a Saturday when my doctor was unavailable.

The staff was really sweet and caring, but that’s about the only positive part of my experience. I’d always get there on time or early for my appts. And still be left waiting for almost an hour to get seen. My concerns where always brushed off, to the point that I ended up in the emergency room for something that could have been caught in the office if she had listened to my concerns. And overall just found that she makes it really hard to feel comfortable talking to her and asking questions, which is what you should do for your first full term pregnancy. Ended up switching doctors and there’s a huge difference with how I’m treated and my concerns are handled. There’s people who love her, and she does seem like a very sweet woman. But I just don’t think she’s right for people who have had complications with pregnancy the past, not compassionate enough. Dr. Miller and her staff are amazing. I see other reviews stating the time wait is long. I can tell you one thing about that, its because she is thorough, she is going over every detail with you so you understand whats happening. You dont very often find a Dr willing to do that. Dr. Miller is a spectacular doctor. She cares about her patients and is very thorough. My family has been using her for 16 years. She's not a beat around the bush type of doctor, but I would never suggest that she is rude. She's always helped me understand what's going on with my body and she has delivered all of my children. My experience here with Dr Gail Miller has been nothing but amazing. She knows her work and take the time to get to know her patients. “Theft”is the best way to describe Dr. Miller. I went there just because my actual OB/Gyn is too far and she is close to my house. They charge me 40 dollar of co Payment.She explain me that part of my fisical exam was lab testing and an ultrasound. So she told me to go back next day for the lab work because I needed to be NPO or Nothing by mouth. Next day I came back and I got lab work done, never saw the doctor or spoke to her, when I was about to leave they try to charge me another 40 dollar co payment. I ask why? The explanation was that is consider Doctors appointment every time you enter in the office. I been in health care for 15 years and I know how the system works, and they are just trying to obtain money from the insurance. When I explain my background and that I knew how insurances policy works . The secretary blame everything into the Doctor and said that she was just following orders If you feel like burning your money go there. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING DR. MILLER. For a profession who is supposed to care and deal with issues, when it comes to talking to Dr. Miller, it is ONLY HER VOICE YOU ARE ABLE TO HEAR. The entire staff is RUDE including Dr. Miller herself. I have known Dr. Miller since the 1980's. The years must have hardened her heart and attitude towards her patients. She is not like she used to be. The turnover of staff is terrible and they are so rude on the phone and in person is worse. It is very disappointing that I have left to seek another physician, but I will not allow anyone to speak to me in such a demeaning tone and then not care what I am saying. Just for the staff information, I am NOT a child, I am an adult and wish to be spoken to as one. Dr. Miller, when I am speaking, I DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO TALK OVER ME. I’m a young college student with an abnormal cycle that birth control helps regulate. I’m at a university and currently supporting myself financially and have notified Dr Miller of my financial situation more than once. She wanted me to come in first every 3 months, to which I replied I absolutely cannot afford. Once changed to 6 months she wanted to do repeated exams on me that would cost a fortune, saying it’s mandatory. Well recently I had to go in for my 6 month check up and I called ahead of time MULTIPLE TIMES asking if I can hold off until summer when I’m A. Home from school and B. Am working more hours so I can hopefully afford the visit. She refused and cut off my prescription, knowing I would lose my cycle if I didn’t come in. So not only did I have to miss classes to see her, I also notified them I would not have the money for any kind of payment on this date. To which they still requested I come in. After talking to at least 2 receptionists, the financial woman Sophie, and Dr. Miller herself explaining I would not be able to make payment this visit I was accused of lying the day of the visit. They tried to make me feel dumb claiming I said I had money to make a payment over the phone when that is the exact opposite of what I told at least 5 staff separately. The financial woman wouldn’t let me leave, telling me I had over $500 to pay when I had not a cent on me. After about 20 minutes of being harassed and talked to in a very demeaning tone they let me leave, demanding I call back the following Monday with payment. Mind you, my insurance covered over 80% of the bill already, they got most of their payment just not all of my portion. I also have bad anxiety to where I get high blood pressure from panicking when I’m in any type of doctor situation. It’s been stated by many doctors including my surgeon a few months back that my blood pressure skyrockets due to anxiety. It’s even visibly noticeable that I’m anxious, considering my whole body shakes and I stumble on my words. The nurses threatened to call an ambulance and refuse me my birth control prescription if my blood pressure wasn’t normal, which of course made me panic more. When they took it of course it was high, not drastically or dangerously high, but they still gave me trouble. I had to beg to calm down before they tried again, to which they allowed but kept giving the same threats which made it difficult to relax. Turns out their machine stopped working so they couldn’t take my blood pressure again anyways. While I can say Dr Miller is a wonderful gynecologist, her staff and herself are very cold to the patients when it comes down to it. Miller will talk right over you and not let you get a single word in. I told her I had bloodwork done at Palos (the hospital she’s out of) a month prior to this visit and she talked over the top of me, not hearing what I said and had me stuck with a needle 4 times and missing the vein before finally taking my advice and calling Palos for my blood work. Mind you, she knows I’m uneasy around needles and had me unnecessarily poked 4 times in a row. Just to be harassed for money I told them prior I did not have for over 20 minutes before I could leave right after the failed attempt at bloodwork being drawn. Everyone needs to be warmed of this doctor like I was warned but it was already too late. Absolutely unprofessional office, terrible service and terrible experience. By far one od the worst doctors and offices I have ever encountered. I wish my old doctor Lingrin never retired and wish I had never found this "doctor" Gail Miller.. I was made fun of and literally ridiculed for asking questions about my health and my baby. I was literally told " Are you the person in the back seat that keeps asking are we there yet, are we there yet?". That was my final day and final straw that I told myself I would never come back to see this doctor and would find a new caring professional doctor. And I finally did and couldn't be more happy I found a new doctor that went above and beyond to help comfort me and help my pregnancy.After having miscarriages and crying in office with Gail Miller I was not comforted at all in any way only by one medials records nurse named Maria.. I was not told I would be okay instead was told I needed all this medications and procedures that my new doctor says I really never needed. I was not comforted by Miller whatsoever for my miscarriages. The entire staff was unprofessional , non-compassionate and very rude. This doctor and staff are honestly just looking for your money to make not caring about you or your health or babies to care for. My mother's friends 2 daughters had the same experience I did , an absolutely terrible unprofessional service. She was also told the doctor Gail Miller would not see her until she paid an outstanding bill she was 5 months pregnant and the doctor would not take care of her until she paid an outstanding bill. This office does not care about you or your babies healthy, they are only worried about tsking your money. I'm literally heartbroken how I was treated so badly because I was so excited to find a new doctor and instead had an absolutely horrible and terrifying experience with this doctor and the office. The medical records computer nurse Maria , nurse Debra and billing lady Sophie even showed more compassion than the own doctor! Thank you Debra and Maria. This "doctor" is not compassionate at all& truly does not care about your health nor baby is only after your money, I have 1 of the best insurance companies Blue Cross/ Shield I was billed for unneeded medications& procedures that my new doctor finds absolutely unneeded and terrifying that this doctor would do this to anyone. I cried in her office in fear of another miscariage. She didnt comfort at all or tell me it was going to be okay nothing ....instead slide me a box of tissues , and scolded me for asking so many questions and crying. Also another appointment I seen her for only 15 minutes. Was charged 400$ and all we did was talk for 15 minutes?! Also if you miss an appointment you make even if its emergency if its less than 4 days of notice she will charge you 200$ for late or missed appointments. That is just unbelievable. The most terriable experience I've ever had with any doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Miller for over 15 years. She has been an absolute blessing!!! extremely knowledgeable and caring. She see's quite a few of my family members, (daughters,nieces, sister) we don't know what we'd do without her. Whatever is wrong, she will find it and fix it!

I have been going to.Dr Miller for over six years. Dr. Miller delivered my three kids. I am lucky to have her as my doctor. She is excellent at what she does. Dr. Miller is very thourgou, trustworthy, knowledgeable and a true professional. Her staff is super nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

Dr Miller is assisting me in getting my blood sugar under-control, allowing me to be healthy enough to carry a pregnancy to term. She is caring, and supportive in her care of me. My only regret is not finding her sooner!!

My visit was great. Mrs Miller and her staff are very friendly. It was my first trip to a Gyne and I was nervous but within minutes I was relaxed. It's a great environment and would definitely recommend others.
