When sciatic pain curtailed my common standing and walking movements; Dr. Glaze's steroid Epidural provided immediate, significant, and thus far, two years of relief with regained functionality.

I agree 100% with previous reviews on responsiveness of Dr. Glaze’s office. I have spent more than a month trying to get through for an appointment. When I finally got through, instead of being helpful, the woman who answered was extremely rude, condescending, and belittling. Pain management is an extremely sensitive area. If Dr. Glaze’s staff cannot use an ounce of compassion for those calling in for assistance, then they should switch to another speciality. Despite a referral and a month of attempted contacts, I now have to start from scratch to get my insurance to process another referral to a different practice.

Dr. Gary Glaze has unprofessional communications. His office assistant Dawn who is the scheduler for the doctor is extremely unprofessional in her communications in returning your calls & her tone & phone etiquette seems rude. Dr. Glaze nor Dawn doesn't return your calls to reschedule or validate if your appointment has been cancelled after you've left several voicemails asking to cancel and reschedule. I had to contact higher management to file a grievance against both of them for their communications after a recent incident involving an appointment. I would never suggest or recommend anyone to this office. If this is indicative to how they communicate with their potential clients, I cannot imagine if a client had potential complications from a procedure done by this office, how would one even get a hold of the doctor?! Please stay far away from this office. Dawn's voicemail recording at Dr. Glazes office specifically states verbatim "if you leave multiple messages, it will delay your call!" I'm not sure how leaving multiple message will delay someone's call? However, the underlying tone of Dawn's voicemail message seems very vindictive & implies; "don't bother me with multiple messages or I will just throw you to the back of the line." This office gets a F- for professional communications and following up with potential clients.

I've been receiving RFA's to my neck for 7 years from Dr. Glaze. He's AWESOME! So courteous, listens to you, and very knowledgeable and caring. He's provided these procedures to me once a year and it provides lasting pain relief for up to 12 months. I think he and his secretary Dawn are the BEST! - Janice K.

After 5 very long years... Dr. Glaze performed a procedure where he burns nerves to help control my back pain....I've had this done twice before but never noticed a difference for at least a month... This time was different... I felt 90% better coming out of the recovery room... My pain was so bad. I had to stay in bed 24/7 ... I have to say THANK YOU to MOUNTAIN VIEW REHAB... I was given incorrect information about the procedure and how to prepare. Dr. Glaze had not reviewed my chart before coming into the room.. His assistants ignored my requests for help.. Dr. Glaze and assistants laughed and talked loudly throughout the procedure. I twice tried to get their attention and was ignored. Dr. Glaze did not tell me what he was doing or warn me of painful jabs, even after I asked, Insufficient time to recover afterwards. I was not treated with consideration throughout.
