Office staff is less than professional. Sloppy, rude and catty group of women. If you want to have to hound them to make sure your being billed correctly or for an appointment that fits your child's schedule this is the Ortho for you. The receptionist hung up on me when I asked for the office manager. Appointment reminders that staff sets up for you do not work and staff does not follow through on phone calls. Child had braces brackets come off his teeth! Tired dirty poorly lit waiting room
