Dr. Gary Floyd Moore

He doesn’t care unless you got good insurance. He told my daughter he didn’t know what to do for her.

He never showed up for his appointment. I sat there for a half hour waiting. A nurse came in and told me I needed to leave. Dr. Moore decided to take the rest of the day off and could not bother to tell his patients. So I never got to see him. After reading other reviews on this site. I think he needs to retire.

Patient and nice man. Takes time to answer questions and communicates with his patients. Strongly recommended.

Had an inner ear disorder (he did not find- just referred to him) I waited at least an hour to be seen by him only to have him for maybe 5 minutes. I think I timed it once and it was a minute that he came in and then left. Sad. When I would bring up other issues he would tell me that wasn't his issue of dealing with. He did a surgery on my inner ear in February 2019 and I didn't even see him before the surgery!

Terrible bedside manner, 5 minutes for a diagnosis and recommendation for a major brain surgery. I saw his PA before and she was way better and more thorough. His service is unacceptable. Not recommending to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with Dr. Moore. I have been his patient for 20 years. He changed my initial diagnosis based on results from one recent test at my last visit - with about a 5 minute explanation. I called his office to leave a message for him to call me back because I had questions about the diagnosis and continuing on medication I have taken for 20 years. His staff told me “Dr. Moore does not return calls to patients.” This is unacceptable.

I agree with all the negative reviews. Do your research before you decide to use this office. Patient care clearly is not a top priority. I would rate zero stars, but the system forces you to select at least 1 star. The positive reviews must be from friends and family members.

I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. What he says and what he does are two different things. He clearly is not interested in resolving disputes either.

When you say you are a ent specialist than you should be able to treat a birth defect. I would not recommend this dr the care you receive is horrible

Dr. Moore was able to help me with my condition when all others turned me down. He explained my options very clearly. He is very experienced & knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Dr Moore's expertise regarding a serious ear disease, that several prior ENT's had apparently overlooked, I believe has saved me from a future of serious problems. He and his entire staff are a class act.

Dr. Gary Moore is a phenomenal surgeon . He may not be the most personable man around but he's brilliant at what he does. He restored a severe hearing loss for me that I never thought possible. If your looking for a miracle, he's your man!!!

He was very kind and patient with me and seemed concerned about what I was going through.

He is one of the most overrated Drs in omaha. Just because your specialize, does not make you a good provider. Not recommendable.

I waiting for an hour and 15 mins to see the doctor and he only spent 5 mins with me. His eye contact was with my husband more than me. The PA was great, but nothing good to say about Dr Moore.
