Bless this doctor for being one of the few honest enough to disclose the intentional corruption in electronic health records coerced by corporate health care to defame patients, and take advantage of colleague naïveté to blacklist innocent patients being retaliated against simply for being victims of iatrogenic injuries. Dr Nichols had the integrity to “opt out”, inform patients victimized by these unethical providers coerced into saturating their records with volumes of diagnosis’s designed to destroy their reputations, integrity and veracity. One day those still tolerating this practice will finally question the veracity of volumes of psychiatric diagnoses and DO their due diligence to discover none were confirmed with testing, consults or medication management and placed simply to destroy reputations and credibility. He had the courage to quit, refuse to participate any longer, explain what was happening to these patients and encourage them to leave the state to avoid intentional harm by our new terrifying health care system. He then resigned and retired from medicine unable to participate in a system or cooperate with the corporations insisting provider from new grads to old mentors like him abandon their oath to “do no harm” and instead cause max harm by dissemination of falsified information designed to “weed out” victims of iatrogenic injuries to those unfortunate enough to have high health care needs. We need more like Dr Nichols, brave enough to at least resign while trying to protect patients from further harm by advising them of why they are being treated as pariahs rather than humans with legitimate medical needs.
