He is the most apathetic and unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen. In the middle of a mental health crisis, not only did he not know he was on call (so he was around 5 hours late to his shift), but he thought it would be tactful to ask "so what, you're gonna [off] yourself or something?" I received a bill for this "consultation" and being asked to pay for this is absolutely absurd and insulting. I don't know how he's allowed to interface with people who are vulnerable.
