Dr. Richo is patient and has a caring disposition. He will discuss options with you and is thankfully, not cut-happy! Overall, dealing with Dr. Richo was a great experience. I would highly recommend him.

I went to see Dr Richo for the 1st time and it was great. I’ve been waiting to see another Dr for a month and he was suggested to me. They took me right away and the entire staff was wonderful for the entire experience. Dr Richo answers my questions and came up with a plan. I highly recommend him if you need a Orthopedic Specialist.

Dr. Richo gives you options. He is not surgery happy. He listens to your needs. yesterday, he gave my cranky knees a thorough review and offered several options. In fact, I reminded him about my last visit. 5 years ago I thought my bad knee was cooked. Got into see him for a quick visit. He looked at my leg and said my knee wasn't the issue. He recommended strongly I get myself to the local ER, ASAP. He even had his office call ahead to alert them of my arrival. I had no idea what was going on. He didn't tell me as he was being ethically cautious - I found out in half an hour I had a deadly DVT in my leg. Spent 2 days in hospital. He also treated my wife very professionally. Couple of years ago, she had a bad spill over our lab in the kitchen. Broke her knee cap. She now swims miles every week at the Y.

Best In his field and we would highly recommend him.

Dr. Richo is an exceptional doctor. He performed my ankle surgery and I walk better than ever! I see him every year for follow up care and he is always professional, friendly and shows concern for my overall health. If you have issues with your feet/ankles, look no further!

Dr. Gary Richo needs to learn some better bedside manner when it comes to his patience the lack of empathy is surreal. Im unsure as to why he seems careless on being up to date on a patients recovery process. I came for a friends follow up and his attitude was unprofessional , uncalled for and quite frankly disgusting. Happy when I needed an ortho surgeon it wasn’t him. He’s a little tough at first , but he loosens up after a while. I like him and I would recommend him. He just tells you like it is.

I have been seeing Dr. Richo for years for knee and back problems. I find him to be professional, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly, concerned about my well being and my desire to live an active life. I could not have biked around Europe, skied in Colorado or hiked the beautiful Litchfield Hills were it not for the excellent care I received from Dr. Gary Richo! Dr ricco is unprofessional condescending and a bully I would not recommend him

Thank god he was on when I broke. My leg he helped me walk again

I highly recommend this doctor. Dr.Richo was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Dr. Richo is an excellent surgeon who makes a patient feel safe and secure plus did a wonderful job on my ankle surgery. Thank you Dr. Richo for being a great surgeon.
