Initially I thought it was great.. he looked at the MRI did not order his own Xray and sold me a brace and indicated it was just arthritis. I even said it is more than that. They never got back to me and the situation is very bad.. I went for another opinion and I need a knee replacement and that is delayed because I let him put a cortisone shot in the knee.. They cannot do surgery for 3 months. I saw the xray and it is worse than bone on bone.. the bone is shot. An xray probably would have told him what it told the next doc.

Professional, caring, and knowledgeable .

This doctor is very rude and condescending. It was my first time meeting him and boy did he give a horrible impression. Never want to see him again. If you want to be talked down to and basically mocked go see him. Idk how he is a doctor with no bedside manner whatsoever.

Dr. Wexler took the time to explain the treatment plan. He was very welcoming and personable while introducing himself.

Helpful and welcoming. Dr. Wexler makes me feel comfortable and he always has a smile.

Dr. Wexler did an amazing Job with operating on my knee , his Staff alongside of him did Excellent as well !! I would highly Recommend Dr. Wexler and the rest of his medical team !!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Wexler and the entire Staff at PBOI.

When you sign in for your 3:05 appointment and notice the person before you signed in for a 3:00 appointment with the same doctor, it’s not a good sign. While Dr Wexler and the staff were pleasant and saw me promptly, I did not feel I was given the time needed to ask questions and better understand what was going on with my ankle injury and address concerns I had about it going forward. I left there not feeling clear about what the issue was and how it may affect me in the future. I had multiple questions I wanted to ask, but felt I wasn’t really given the time to do so as he juggled multiple patients. While I do not have a serious injury, it felt rushed. Being referred to their own physical therapy practice for a month of physical therapy, with no clear explanation (other than “I need to strengthen it”), didn't feel right and almost comes off as a bit of a money grab to me. I felt like just a number, not a patient. This defied my previous positive experience at this practice when I saw Dr Hinson for a shoulder injury, which is the reason I had decided to come back to this practice. Dr.Wexler listened and responded to all my questions. My treatment has been conservative. I feel like I'm in good hands. Office on Burns rd. runs very efficiently. Everyone is professional and treats you kindly. There is usually less than a ten-minute wait.

Waiting time was minimal Dr. Wexler was his usual pleasant self as well as his staff. I’m pretty fussy and it ticks me off when I don’t have anything to complain about lol.

Absolute joke of a consultation. Gave me about 2 minutes of his time and left the room saying “give me a few minutes.” We went over the surface of my symptoms. His front staff then tried to check me out and I demanded the doctor come back. He left after another 2 minutes and recommended another script. Absolute joke, why even see me? Dr. Wexler has treated me off & on for the past 2 years. Including knee surgery in 2020 where he successfully restored my total mobility after a torn meniscus. I trust Dr. Wexler to treat me with care and professionalism so that can remain fully active in all outdoor activities. Frank Conway

I don’t leave reviews often but these experiences were great. In and out faster than a drive thru. So organized and professional. Automated systems, great technology, no waiting around. Pre-check in was great. I hope not to need them in the future but if I do, I am going here.

Amazing scheduling and great sense of urgency. They got me in and out. Dr Wexler had a great bedside manner . He knew exactly what was wrong and ordeded mri.

Dr. Wexler is a friendly, low key and qualified physician. The nurses and assistants who work with him are equally pleasant and professional. Dr. Wexler is very experienced and a skillful doctor who has successfully performed three surgeries as well as treating other injuries.for me. I highly recommend him.

Customer service is off the charts! Who, today, in a doctors office will give you their personal cell phone to bypass office numbers and horrible wait times? Donna in Dr. Wexler’s office was able to quickly and efficiently get my daughter in to see Dr. Wexler and have her knee drained before an important cheer competition. We had a right window we were dealing with and Donna patiently fit her in. On top of that, She was able to get me in quickly to see Dr. Wexler when something went “pop” in my knee. With my upcoming travel schedule, Tara accommodated my schedule for appointments in both offices to get an MRI. Went so far as to find a Dr for me with an appointment for the next day! Not the next week or month!! Then the actual office visit! Professional, courteous staff!! This doctor did not spend enough time with me and just sent me on my way now I cannot even walk. Literally said I have a tear if you ever need anything I am here. No course of actions to tell me what to do to heal my injury.

The staff is efficient and the facility is beautiful. I was disappointed in the fact that the doctor spent only about 5 minutes with me. Though I was happy to get this appointment within the week, I really didn’t feel like I had a thorough exam that addressed all my concerns.

My first visit and it was fast and satisfying Dr. Wexler was very thorough with his exam and description of what was wrong with my knee I was very pleased with his staff as well...

I was new to florida and developed left calf pain and was seen by dr wexlet. It was a horrible experience. He did not introduce himself never made eye contact and I was in and out of his office in 3 minutes. He did not even examine me and told me that I had a calf tear and ordered an mri and prescribed pain killers. Over the next 2 days my pain intensified and I kept calling his office. I finally reached him and he told me that I needed to tough it out. The following day I called his nurse and told her that I am an occupational therapist and had been talking to my providers back home and the concerns us that my pain was indicative of a radiculopathy. The doctor called me and I asked for the mri to be changed to a lumbar mri After getting the results of the lumbar mri it was noted that I have bulging discs that was pressing on my nerve. If dr wexler had taken the time to talk to me and fully e allayed me it would have saved us a lot of time. So disappointed in the care I received from him and would tell prospective patients to stay away from this doctor I was new to florida and developed left calf pain and was seen by dr wexlet. I went to see Der. Wexler with my knees. I didn't have the CD with me but it was o way to me. He didn't tell me make an appointment he instead let me watch a video concerning my knees. Over all the staff there at PBOI are very professional.

Not too long of a wait, pleasant view from the office, nice and efficient (and cute) doctor, kind and efficient assistants, solutions/injection/pain medicine for my issue right away. I did not like my bill for the office visit as it was expensive, but I guess that’s my insurance.

I arrived significantly earlier than expected. I was greeted with a smile, I had already did 99% of my paperwork on line so very little to do upon arrival. Dr. Wexler listened very attentively to my problem, and suggested appropriate tests and referrals for me, which his staff promptly scheduled. It was my first time meeting him but I felt very comfortable talking with him and I feel that he has sent me on the proper road to healing.

Very courteous and professional, the doctor took the time and listened to my concerns and we have a treatment plan that was immediately put into action. Dr. Wexler is actually the second doctor I've seen for the same problem and I feel like I finally got a proper diagnosis.
