Dr. Kanghere is uncompassionate towards her patients and has NO business being a doctor. She very well knows why I'm coming in today and saying the above. My partner was going through the most horrible time of her life when she was being seen by Dr. Kanghere. There was testing done and it appeared that she might have Cancer in her Thyroid. We were in the patient waiting room and we could hear Dr. Kanghere and her assistant discussing my partner's case. Dr. Kanghere custom was to leave her practice around Noon, and she sounded upset because she had to come in and tell us the news. In past visits with Dr. Kanghere, she usually is in a rush and spends very little time with the patient. Regardless, if we have been waiting for hours in the patient room. I notice this and I stop discussing the issue with Dr. Kanghere and just let Dr. Kanghere go off on one of her rants! Dr. Kanghere walks up to me shaking her finger at me saying " My KIDS COME FIRST", that is why she had to leave. Last I remember I was at her Doctor's office where I was paying to see her. I was not at her home taking her away from her kids!! She was horrible saying that doctor's are not there to hold patient's hand and only there because of their skill as a doctor. I indicated to her NO ONE was asking for her friendship but for her to have COMPASSION!! I wanted to cancel our insurance with her but because our insurance was HMO, we had to continue with her because she was identified as our Primary Care Provider by our insurance. WE had to wait 30 days and we couldn't because we had to schedule visits with specialists to further review my partner's health concerns. Dr. Kanghere, I wish that you or your loved one's never experience the pain and hurt your caused us that unforgettable day. It's the most horrible news to hear that you may have cancer and then to have an argument with the person that is supposed to be your doctor. The person that should show some .... compassion. Maybe when you started your medical career you were concerned with helping people, but with time that has vanished from your soul. You are a miserable human being. I feel sorry for you... Absolutely satisfied with the care and service provided to me by Dr. Kanhere and her team. All my questions were answered and explained to me. I went in with routine lab work. The doctor explained to me the results. She referred me with another colleague for another issue, which was resolved quite efficiently. I am very pleased.
