Dr. Kolaczewski is an EXCELLENT Doctor!! I have 100% trust and faith in her diagnostic and prognostic abilities. She is kind, practical and doesn't need to mince words. She is like the Doctors of times gone by. She is MORE about the patient's treatment and care than her check book. Dr. K. Is a lovely lady and found her natural niche as a formidable and capable Doctor. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Come join her family. I am blessed that I was able to do so.

She is very caring, and she spends time listening to you. I really like her a lot. She is very knowledgeable. She helped me out.

Dr.Kolaczewski takes an above average interest in her patients, thoroughly providing excellent care and advice. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is patient and friendly. She provides her patients with confidence in their care without being egotistical!! Office staff is consistently helpful and patient.

Simply said after 33 years as her patient I still wouldn’t have anyone else. She is the best and treats you like a real person. Treats you like a valued person which is rare in the medical world in today’s medical community.

She’s a lifesaver. Wonderful doctor. Listens and cares about your health !

Dr. Kolaczewski has been the primary care physician for my family for over 20 years. She's personable, takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues, and treats her patents with understanding and respect. Surprisingly hard to find in this day and age.
