Had a quick doc visit yesterday and wow I was not impressed first her medical assistant extremely rude barley said one word and pointed for me to do things. Then dr Ganesan came in and just beyond rude tone and attitude. I will never go back to her and will choose walk in care next time.

Poor excuse for a doctor. She will prescribe you medication no problem but she will not assist in your journey of assisting yourself cause you know they get paid to write prescriptions. ???? I went to her as a “new patient” because my former physician didn’t accept my insurance. (Error on insurance company’s part) I let her know that I needed time off from work to deal with my anxiety because my panic attacks were preventing me from performing my job. I asked her to sign paperwork for a leave of absence she refused. Her reason for refusing was due to her not having prior knowledge of my anxiety. She never asked for prior records or anything. She agreed to prescribe me medication though even with NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF MY ANXIETY. I took the medication for the allotted time frame and let her know that the medication was not helping and made my head hurt. She said I could continue the medication she prescribed or try a new med, still refusing to sign the paperwork. I refused to take the current med and any other med that she was trying to prescribe. I had to quit my job because I didn’t have the proper documentation for my absences. Do better Ms/Mrs Ganesan. I won’t call you by your abbreviation because you don’t live up to it. I wish I had read these reviews before choosing this doctor as my primary doctor. I have been going to this clinic for more than 26 years and my previous doctor retired. I made an appointment for an annual physical and she did not order labs so she refused to do the physical for that visit. She did not listen to my concerns rather she talked over me and tried to put her thoughts as mine. She did not look at any of my medical history and when I gave her my ideas of what was causing concerns she was judgmental and condescending and rather rude. She prescribed an antidepressant for chronic neck pain thinking that my neck pain was caused by anxiety or stress. She prescribed it incorrectly and did not gradually work me up to the normal dose for pain management. I felt awful had bad side effects and stopped taking it. My next visit for the annual physical was actually worse I had to wait 35 minutes in the office and she was again very condescending and did not listen to any of my feedback. she also did not do much if any of a physical exam considering I was there for a full physical and well woman exam. she barely touched my body and when she did the normal palpations and touches, she barely touched my body I don't know how she would have known anything from what she did. Her bedside manner is rude and abrupt making me feel like I taking too much of her valuable time. My labs came back very well but she decided to pick on some very small values that were marginally not optimal. And decided I needed to come back in 6 months for follow-up on one lab value. When this could easily be donewithout a visit if the lab values turn out to be good. However if she medical history and graph the lab values that were in my chart she would see that they go up and down right around those values. I will not be returning to this doctor. Dr. Ganesan is awesome she cares about her patients. If she doesn't believe something you will have a very hard time convincing her. She has her patients health at heart ❤. She has been an amazing provider. I'm so blessed to have her as my doctor. The negative response didn't state that she provided bad care,because she is an Aqeaome doctor. She dosugar coat the truth. Terrible. Missed diagnosed an issue that was easily seen by another. Did not read lab work resulting in almost delaying a surgery

Ive seen a lot of Doctors in my time since I had a Brain Aneurysm, she has treated my diabetes, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, my depression and all my medical needs and if she couldn't handle them or wanted me to see someone else about them, she refers me to specialists that I have nothing but great experiences with. Thank you for all you do and Kathy your nurse is great too. Thanks for all the special time you take when I come in and thanks for caring. My son and wife love her as well. W

this woman has no bedside manner whatsoever. I didn't mind so much that I had to wait 55 minutes before she walked into the room. She was incredibly condescending and judgmental about my diabetes, which I was only diagnosed with a year ago. At one point when I didn't know the answer to one of her questions she actually rolled her eyes at me. This was my first visit with her and I can assure you it will be my last. She has absolutely no interest in establishing rapport with the patient. Run!

I met with Dr. Ganesan on two occasions for bronchitis and for a wellness visit as my new primary care doctor. I had as easy time scheduling with the online scheduler. I felt both Dr. G and her nurse were knowledgable and friendly. I tend to be very anxious and wary of the medical system, but I felt fairly comfortable with them.

She didn't seem competent to help me and rather than focus on my physical problem she prescribed me unnecessary antidepressants. I lost all faith in her soon thereafter.

Dr. Ganesan seems very knowledgeable and forthright. A nurse named Kathy is totally superb. Kathy runs the 1/2 marathon (about 13 miles) and is in her fifties. Kathy combines whimsical and succinct traits in one package.
