Dr. Gene Tu is a great doctor. I love the fact that he accepts walk-ins. He is really good with women’s health. He always listens to all of my concerns and is really good with recommending a specialist when necessary. Also, he helped me save money on my prescriptions by suggesting a good pharmacy. This is ver bad practice and the doctor working like a turtle. We had been waiting for almost 2 hours.

Terrible, I Called in on 04/19/2019 to get a check up and i spoke to the lady at the front desk who told me that there was no one in the waiting room and i could immediately see the doctor so i went in. I walk in and i see roughly 6 people already waiting to be seen. They asked me for my information which I gave them, mind you the entire time she was she was being very nasty towards not only me but to everyone that was in the waiting room. i Filled out the forms and then they asked me for my ID which i provided the young hispanic lady to make a photocopy of it which she did and returned it back to me. shortly after another lady behind her asked me for my ID again without explanation which confused me but i complied. about 15 mins later i still didn't get my ID back so when i asked the lady behind the window for my ID back she literally told me "sit down sir" in a very rude tone, i was shocked and asked them to return to me my ID and refund my money. I suspect something fishy was going on with my personal information and I carefully monitoring any fraudulent activity and if any arises i will be seeking legal action. Whatever you do DO NOT go to this clinic they're overpriced and the staff are very unprofessional and rude. Dr Tu helped me with a rotator cuff surgery and many other issues that I had. He's very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend him 100%
