I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Thatcher this afternoon regarding my son.I was taken promptly for my appointment, and front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Thatcher was kind, explained everything clearly and addressed my issue immediately. I would highly recommend this office (and I will) to anyone seeking high quality health care.

Very helpful & detailed with my Moms current hearing loss. Very understanding.

Dr. Thatcher, is very informative, friendly, patient and professional. His office staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Thatcher is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and patient Doctor. He examinined and treated my problem rather than rushing to the OR. Eventually he decided it was time to go for surgery. Dr. Thatcher is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been seeing him for year’s and he’s done all of my nasal polyp surgeries etc. I moved back from NY just because I don’t trust anyone with my care except for Dr. Thatcher. I love his bedside manner and how even after all these year’s he’s still the same caring, compassionate, understanding gentleman as well as highly intelligent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’ve been nothing but pleased and very happy with his care. I would recommend everyone move out their state to come see Dr. Thatcher. Dr. Thatcher was so nice…he listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy. I can’t say enough good things. Would definitely recommend this office to others

I had Dr. Thatcher for sinus treatment that eventually lead to a surgery done by him and his team. He walked me through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and was so easy to get ahold of if I had any questions at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He is clearly very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced.

Nobody likes to hear you have cancer, but Doctor Thatcher did make the correct decision with my vocal cord cancer and I appreciate all he did to get me through with ordeal. He was very knowledgeable.

My appt was excellent staff and doctor are pleasant, helpful and very informative. Great experience.

Very pleased with my child’s medical care. Surgery was very smooth. Dr. Thatcher was kind and caring. I feel we made an excellent choice.
