Saw several different people all with a particular job. Very efficiently done. Everyone was very professional and answered any questions that arose.

I was seen by NP, Kirsten Podvin for my appointment. She was informative and explained everything before performing the injection, so that I could understand it. She was patient when I was nervous to have the needle injected in my lower eyelid and even brought in another member of the staff to help me stay calm. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcomed any questions I had. Overall, I am impressed by the friendly staff and knowledgeable team.

This being a consultation I felt that the whole medical team really heard me and took note of my needs. All were quite welcoming and professional. I must say I was very impressed with my first visit meeting Dr Gladstone.

Office visit was great as usual.. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Dr Gladstone was very informative.

Too many 7:45am appointments for the front desk. It took an hour to see the doctor. Despite the delays, the staff was very professional.

I was apprehensive about doing this but was set at ease by the staff. I had "hooded eyelids" that hindered vision. After that surgery I opted to have brow lift and baggy under eye removed. Much improved. As a male I was most concerned about being able to see better. However, I am a bodybuilder, and have been told i have the body of a 30 year old. But my face looked like a 50 year old. I am 65 and could not lift weights with my face to improve it, so this seemed like a great option. So happy I did. I'll let others judge how I look now, so far so good! Dr. Gladstone is the best! I was extremely disappointed at the outcome of my eyelid surgery and more than that I was disappointed at the fact that at my follow up appointment he could not have cared any less - it was like too bad. I would not recommend him to anyone. I am so disappointed - you cannot even tell I had anything done and worst of all, my vision has not improved at all.

I went looking to have the excess skin removed that was hanging down over my eyes. Thinking a plastic surgeon would take into consideration the cosmetic aspect for a 73 year old woman. I look at it like a venetian blind with three string options. What was done to me was the middle string was pulled up and everything else was left hanging down. Nothing cosmetic about this and I wouldn't even do this to my venetian blind. I went looking to have the excess skin removed that was hanging down over my eyes. My consolation was good he appeared to be very friendly and competent. The surgery went well. After that everything was down hill, after my skin graph surgery ( a repair after a cancer removal) he refused to give me any time off to let it heal in a clean environment, my job is very dirty, a lot of dirt in the air while sweeping and washing busses, it all flies in your face( which is where I had my skin graph). Needless to say it got infected. He determined that it was not infected by looking at a couple of pictures and would not give me antibiotics, so it got worse and I went to another doctor, where they said it was most definitely infected and put me on antibiotics and said it was a good thing I didn't wait any longer, being so close to the brain. Dr. Gladstone is an excellent Doctor, he explained the procedure to me and showed me what he was going to do. Everyone in the office was so nice.

I had the eye lid surgery over a year ago, and my eye lids look the same now. I'm very disappointed in these results. He never called to check on me. I would not recommend Dr. Gladstone to ANYONE!!!!!

I had droopy eyelids where I had delayed having surgery for a couple of years due to my fear of medical work done near my eyes. Once I failed an eye test, I got more interested. Dr. Gladstone helped me receive the needed procedure through his skill in the surgery he performed. Also, Dr. Gladstone answered my medical concerns satisfactorily prior to the surgery. I was able to view things better through improved eyesight thanks to Dr. Gladstone.

My wife and I needed to have some problems with our eyes corrected. Our eye doctor referred us to Dr. Gladstone, but we also have a good friend who had eye surgery with another doctor repaired by Dr. Gladstone. She had a severely blocked tear duct and I needed my eyelids lifted to see clearly. We liked his manner and the way he explained the procedures, it's been about four months and we are both very happy and satisfied.

He did a wonderful job on my eyelid surgery. I like him, his manner is great. He listens to you, he looks at you, he was reassuring. Staff was always pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Gladstone was the kindest, most gentle, and informative Physician I've ever had. He removed a mole from near my eye without any difficulty or pain. I recommend that everyone anyone see this Physician.

I was lucky enough to have my brows raised, lids and under eyes done by Dr. Gladstone. Before my vision was blocked and I had no need for eye shadow because it wouldn't have shown anyway. Now I have what I call "smiling eyes". I look happy, rested, and soft. It has only been 2 months and now my husband is going to get his lids done. I am beyond pleased. A 2nd issue came up that I wanted to talk to him about before the surgery. They gave me the time I needed, without question.

I was impressed from the initial consultation to the final four week check up. The genuineness of the care and the level of professionalism of Dr. Gladstone and his staff was impeccable. Appointments were maintained in a timely manner and access to aftercare was a breeze. I wish that Dr. Gladstone's offices were a bit closer, but other than proximity to my residence I could not have asked for more.
