Doctor Millican is great. He's very personable and his sense of humor is a little bent (just like mine), which made my shoulder surgery a pleasant experience. Very welcoming and down to earth employees. Dr. Millican was very personable and kind. I have seen a few Orthopedic groups in San Antonio which were all knowledgeable and professional but didn’t have empathy or took their time to explain everything to me. I was able to ask all and any questions I had. I was able to sit down with Dr. Millican and our conversation was easy and he understood why I wanted to find a solution. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and making me feel at home at my appt. I honestly hope to never have to be in this position but if I was in need of a Orthopaedic Doctor hands down I’m going to this place. I have children who are small and if they were to need a doctor I am bringing them here. Take care and I wish you all the best with success and great careers. Dr Millican performed shoulder replacement. Many horror stories circulate about the procedure. In my case it went smoothly, just as Dr Millican forecasted. The entire event including physical therapy has been less stressful than I expected. The Doctor has a sense of humor, which keeps things light. He spends the time with you to get your questions answered. I have recommend others to Dr Millican

He’s awesome!!!

He did my shoulder surgery 5 years sgo, its still going strong. Talks in real terms, great with law enforcement. Doesnt try to bs you about anything.

Dr. Millican is great. However, his LVN fails to page the doctor when needed and can't remember anything and calls prescriptions in to wrong pharmacy and is very unprofessional.

As an active athlete in the past, I have seen more than a dozen Orthopedic Surgeons throughout the country. I have now seen Dr. Millican four times and had one knee surgery, albeit not relatively complicated. Dr. Millican is clearly very skilled, accurate in this diagnosis's, communicative, information, conservative, and clearly very competent. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone - and the more you think you know - the more you will appreciate his expertise.

Dr Millican performed full knee replacements on both of my knees (separate surgeries 6 months apart) on me in 2012. His attention to detail and concern for my well being and comfort could not have been better. I would (and have) highly recommend him to my family and friends. I could not be more pleased with my results.

extremely careless , will only give u more attention if he is going to make surgery and lots of money from you, his analysis is incomplete and extremely arrogant, will never recommend especially if your time is precious

Dr. Millican arrives in clinic with a huge smile and pleasant greeting. He immediately put me at ease by explaining the nature and severity of my ankle injury. When I was satisfied with Dr. Millican's diagnosis and prognosis, he put my waking boot back on and prescribed pain medication. If I ever need orthopedic surgery, I'll definitely consider Dr. Millican as my surgeon. My family members already know that I want them to seek Dr. Millican's help.

This guy fixed my shoulder and knows how to speak to law enforcement officers to make them feel comfortable.
