Called to asked for information and the lady who answered was less then helpful. Could definitely hear it in her voice she hates her job!

Very thorough and experienced doctor. My 12 year old is ADHD, ODD, and on the spectrum. She has other things incorporated with this diagnosis so meeting her needs can be a bit tricky for a new doctor but with his process and thoroughness on intake he was able to understand her pretty spot on. He continued the medication she had been taking and prescribed from her previous doctor, he made sure she got labs done to monitor her due to possible side effects that I was unaware of previously. Thankful for his knowledge in that area so we can keep an eye on specific things and can discontinue/adjust the medication if ever there were a problem in the future. We are relocating to another state so we will have to find a new doctor once we get there and I can only hope to find one similar to Dr. Bailey and his helpful office staff. Highly recommend this office, in my daughters lifetime she has worked with 7 doctors of his expertise and he is the top 2 when it comes to knowledge, thoroughness, and overall care. Dr. Bailey is extremely in tune with his patients and responds quickly and really listens - he is awesome!

My son loved Dr. Bailey but he had to stop seeing him due to my ex and then when he could see him again his front office staff informed me that it had been too long (4 years) and he would not reopen his case and he would have to find someone else. His front office staff was rude and would not answer any questions. Then when I asked about other recommendations I was then treated like I had done something wrong and was hung up on. Which was unprofessional and unbecoming. Despite Dr. Bailey being a doctor my son felt safe with his staff needs to learn him to interact with others regardless of past or presently being seen. That sad part is I now have to find someone my son feels safe with again and I have to go through the whole process again. Very disappointed! He made me super uncomfortable. He gave into my mother's narcissistic delusions and pushed a false autism diagnosis on me without hearing any input from ME. I felt like I was treated like just a problem and not a person.

It's been years but after dozens of visits and over the top diagnosis I had a therapist that listened to my son and me. The best!

Dr. Bailey has been helping me since I was about 15-16. I'm 25 now and he still has me as a patient despite being a child focused doctor. Has always been empathetic towards me and my mom. The staff are also always kind and courteous.

Dr. Bailey is by far the best psychiatrist we could have hoped to have for our child. Having worked professionally in pediatric psych, I've known several child psychologists, therapists and psychiatrists and he meets and exceeds every expectation.

Very rude office staff!

Dr Bailey is doing great things with both of my kids. I really like him and his office staff. They are always very helpful.

Dr. Bailey is just plain wonderful! He gets to the root of the problem in even the most stubborn teens.

Dr. Bailey 5 stars, office policies 1 star. Dr. Bailey helped my daughter with early childhood-onset Tourette's syndrome/OCD. Our mistake was ending treatment when she got better and no longer needed medication for four years. Now as a teen her symptoms are vastly worse, which is common with Tourette's, but they're refusing to see her. Her case has been 'closed,' and I was told she can never come back despite their accepting new patients. It was a bizarre conversation with the receptionist. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey, just be careful to maintain continuous treatment or you'll have to find a new doctor. This is unfortunate as she really liked Dr. Bailey and really needs help. Dr. Bailey is a good man

My son & husband really like him. I havent had the pleasure to meet him yet. But will be bringing my other son to see him as well.

My son has improved a great deal. Dr Bailey can also connect you with people who can help your child.

Dr. Bailey is rude and not very compassionate. He is very blunt and doesn’t seem to care much. Has an offputting personality as well. Knows his stuff but lacks friendliness and comfortableness that a therapist needs.

Dr. Bailey and staff are the best! My daughter has been going here for over a year. Dr. Bailey is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. We went through 4 other psychiatrists before finding Dr. Bailey and I feel blessed to have stumbled upon him. He has helped my daughter so much.
