Really kind and nice staffs and Doc!! Usually when I call to make an apptmnt or questions, they are unpleasant but not them, the lady on the phone was the most helpful and kind. The doc was really welcoming and I already feel better. Im glad to find great primary dr like them !!! Highly recommend them. The WORST office!!! I've had ringing in my right ear so I called the office (in mid-October) to request a referral to an ENT. Had to leave a message with the lady who answered the phone and she assured me my message would be relayed to referral coordinator. Never got a call back after weeks of waiting so I called today (November 18th) and whoever answered phone told me that referral was approved in October but they were unable to leave me a message (yes, they have my cell phone number). I asked if they tried to call me again and she said no. Wow what great customer service---NOT! My ears are getting worse, by the way! Thanks for nothing!!!! The WORST office!!!
