Not only is this doc at the top of his game specializing in plastic surgery, GT is a perfectionist who is blessed with a kind heart and a great sense of humor. Believe me, you’ll love the results! I honestly don’t think their is enough room for a review. From the moment I walked in for my consult to the moment I left after surgery I was treated like family. The day I met Dr Goffas he was understanding, caring and set expectations and explained EVERYTHING about the procedure along with after care follow up. He truly cares about his work and wants to make sure everything is perfect. His office staff is beyond amazing and made me feel like family. I went to another consult before him and he was so quick to get me out of surgery and out of his office. Dr Goffas really takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is picture perfect. I went to Dr. George Goffas originally to consult him about the completion of a rhinoplasty for cosmetic reasons. I had the surgery, and quickly during the recovery noticed a disproportionate shape to my nose, difficultly breathing, and discomfort within my nose. I returned to his office, stated my concerns, and was met with apprehension and defensive comments. He reassured me there were no issues and my adverse effects were completely normal. I discussed my issues with three other physicians and was told Dr. Goffas left additional cartilage in the right side of my nose. I consulted Dr. Goffas office again, stating I wished to have the remaining cartilage removed. I was expecting him to complete the work for no additional fees, however he wishes to charge me upwards of $2,500 for another surgery. I paid $9,000 for the original surgery and was told this was the only surgery I needed. I am highly displeased with Dr. Goffas office and hope this review deters future patients.

I was just curious to find out how Dr. Goffas was doing in his practice. I was under his care many years ago when I went to a Walk-in clinic in Warren Michigan. Dr. Goffas removed a sebaceous cyst from my head. He was so caring. Explained everything he was doing and made a follow up call the same evening to check on me. At the time he was studying to become a plastic surgeon. I thought about him today and just thought I’d google to see how he turned out. Just as I would have expected. By these reviews I see he’s the best in his field and so well liked. If I were still in Michigan I would certainly choose Dr. Goffas for any cosmetic surgery. Dr George Goffas is a dental school classmate of mine who went on to study and perform cosmetic plastic surgery and has done many procedures on me. Dr Goffas is simply the best and is very highly skilled in what he does but just as importantly has a caring and empathetic manner in treating his patients. Every procedure he has done on me has turned out well and though I am in m late 60's most people think I am in my 40's. That is a result of me trying to take good care of myself and Dr Goffas' exceptional skill. There are many choices for cosmetic plastic surgery in the Detroit metropolitan area, but if you wish to be with one of the best, you cannot go wrong by letting Dr Goffas perform any of the many cosmetic plastic surgery procedures he does so well for you. Dr Goffas has become family over the last 25 years I've been tuned up' by him. This doctors bedside manner is superior as he takes his time to listen to all of his patients. GG is a straight shooter when he explains the procedure and he knows how a beautiful woman should look so your never over the top. The outcome was a natural enhancement to the point that people will say to me; "You've hardly aged at all Michelle, your beautiful! They can't tell what was done which proves Dr.G is the best!

Dr. Goffas is very knowledgeable, caring, and the most excellent plastic surgeon anywhere. He makes all patients feel comfortable and takes all the time needed to make the patient informed about their potential procedure.

Dr. Goffas and his staff were phenomenal!!! When looking for a surgeon, Dr. Goffas met all the criteria i was looking for and more. He answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. Him and his staff went above and beyond to make my recovery as easy as possible, and they did just that. Honestly, by day three post op, i felt great! My incisions are almost invisible and so tiny.
