Everyone that works here are amazing ppl!!!! They are a big part in why I'm going on 21/2 years of sobriety!!!

I go to Dr. Halstead for all of my medical and my counseling needs. Him and all of the staff there go above and beyond and treat you with genuine care and concern. If you have a medical problem requiring tests and/or a specialist, they waste no time getting things set up for me. I adore Dr. Halstead and the whole staff there. For the first time in my life I do not dread doctor appts with a passion. The counselors there also really listen to you in a way that you don't have to feel ashamed to talk about the things you truly need to talk about. You couldn't pay me to leave their care. They are the best.

For someone who is actually interested in getting help with substance addiction there is no better facility. Most of the staff are in long term recovery and understand the difficulties that can arise.

Dr Halstead n staff r careing, Experienced,N very make u feel at home.I totally trust the Dr.Hes so sweet n talks to u with like a friend.Thanks Dr.N Staff!

It as if they only have one phone line, or they take the phone off the hook. Impossible to call in for refills. The gentleman doing that drug screening, does not wear gloves while handling their urine. with the covid-19 have a waiting room that is standing room only. Obviously not practicing safe distances. always at least a hour 1/2 wait before you are seen by a NURSE, NOT THE DR. Called in for prescription, and it was an argument, like talking to a teenager. Was told had an upcoming appointment and would get them at that time. Day before Thanksgiving, and a big inconvenience to have to run 1/2 back to home town, total 1 hr. Out of my way. To the CVS. Before traveling out of state.I don't know what the big deal was. Just seemed lazy, and didn't want to do the work. My 1st appointment I was shocked. The waiting room had a nasty moldy fish tank with gold fish. Very unsanitary. When we went to the doctor's office, he was wearing a flannel t-shirt and suspenders. Looking very unprofessional. And his office there were two other filthy, nasty, molding fish tanks, with no fish in them. Again very unsanitary. As we were speaking with the doctor, the nurse also in casual clothes came in the office to take the doctor's order for lunch. Seemed unprofessional. At first dr h was a thorough listened and treated for everything I needed medications for after almost 3 yrs there for no reason changed my treatment plan and when I kept asking him why he A) out right lied &when I respectfully called him on the lies and still ask questions B)yelled at me and cussed me twice and then dropped 2 of my meds by more than double in one appointment all the good reviews I read made me nauseous he should not be a doctor I asked him what about the hippocratic oath he took to first do no harm and taking medications I need away was harming me he stomped out of his office like a child I'm sick of these doctors getting away with lies and doing harm I would rate him a negative 10 stars 95% of the doctors in this area suck At first dr h was a thorough listened and treated for everything I needed medications for after almost 3 yrs there for no reason changed my treatment plan and when I kept asking him why he A) out right lied &when I respectfully called him … More

Dr Halstead and his staff are amazing. They actually care about their patients health and well-being. I’d recommend Renaissance medical care to anyone looking for a doctor. Thanks

He is the best doctor I have ever seen. The staff is amazing. I truly we enjoy my visits. All of them are great at their jobs.

Dr Halsted was great for taking cash only? In the two years I've been going there he has never so much as lais a finger on me? As I have neuropathy and diabetes he should be expected to look at my feet and legs at least once a month. And i have COPD yet he has never and I mean never listened to my heart or chest. Sure I go for treatment of substance abuse but he told me when he has me switch my general medicine to him that he would not cut me back on my anxiety meds (I have panic attacks on a daily basis as well as PTSD from my tour in Vietnam ) and that's all he has done cut, cut, cut. Then the other day hhe has the nerve to insult me and say a reliable source told him me and my family were selling our meds. I have never been anything but honest with George and I actually laughed when he said it and of course denuded it. Then to add insult to injury they called the next day and told me to bring my bottles and meds in by 5pm that day. We'll that was the last straw. I had other plans where I couldn't of went anyways and I've never give him a reason to not trust me. He has asked questions in the past that he probably didnt want to hear the answere to but I told the truth. So he can take his reliable source and get $400.00 a month from them. I've found another substance abuse Dr already and am going back to my family doctor who I should of never left in the first place. I tried to make an appointment w/Dr Halstead however his nursing staff is rude, lazy & incapable of staying up to date & efficient; then they want to take their inefficiency out on clients. Another group who doesn’t understand we are a customer & instead acts like Authoritarian Bullies dying to get one up on someone! Terrible experience & I would never advise anyone to attempt even an appointment. I never met Dr Halstead, however his rude retinue is enough to stay AWAY! Overall good service, however I don't like the cash only aspect, and I had some problems getting my script called in once. For what it's worth, I don't think it was mr. Halstead's fault.

Called to see if doctor was receiving new patients and my insurance. This doctor is CASH ONLY. Cash is easy to hide. Scary.
