Dr. George Kurien

Dr. Kurien does seem like he knows his stuff. BUT he is hardly available when needed and does not do things in a timely manner. I had to wait several months just to get in for a consultation. Then when it came time for the surgery, during the insurance prior approval process, his office tells me my insurance don't cover the procedure I need. I have proof my insurance does cover it but they keep saying it is still being denied. I've was waiting hopping to get this resolved but I have given up after waiting for year.

My consult with Dr. Kurien was refreshing and very successful. After having seen two other out of state ENT's, he offered me an alternate view on an ear/sinus issue that has been plaguing me for one year. My appointment was exactly on time, and Dr. Kurien was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in a clear and understanding way. He even followed up 5 hours after my visit, via email, regarding a prescription detail. I highly recommend Dr. Kurien as an ENT.

Doesn’t listen to his patients. And tells them nothing is wrong when infact something is very wrong. Also told me that there are other more important patients.
