I have a unique condition with my ear and he explained it better than I what I've heard before. He cleaned out my ear gently with care and concern and lowered my anxiety with great conversation! Would highly recommend him!

The line was long waiting to be checked in, but it went fairly quickly. Dr Poulos was very attentive, professional and great listening skills. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor testing and diagnostic sounded pretty much how I feel the situation of my hearing problem. Prescribed the right medication and setup a follow up appointment to make sure everything is well

I am very satisfied with my visit even though I do not speak English, it has super friendly people who help you translate and the super friendly doctors in total all the staff are a love

Very thourgh -listened and explained

On the plus side Dr. Poulos and the audiologist, Michelle, were thorough and personable, especially the audiologist. On the negative side, I found the pre- appointment paperwork to be the longest i've yet encountered with a great deal of duplicate data to be entered. I tried to complete it beforehand via email but could not because a necessary number was not given to me by the person with whom I made the appointment. Your support personnel and military style lobby not nearly as good as your medical staff.

He took the time to explain all aspects of my ear problem and included me in the decisions on what he wanted to do to treat my problem.

Horrible Experience with this office and Dr. Poulos. A receptionist even gave me the card of a different doctor when I was filling out paperwork, saying I may want to reconsider. I wish I heeded the warning. I get heavy wax build up and was severely clogged. My insurance requires a referral before I can go to a specialist, I was unable to get the referral in time due to this being an emergency, I needed a wax removal immediately and I was aware that this would come out of pocket. I went into Dr. Poulos' office and he used a small vacuum in my ear and nicked my left eardrum. "No big deal, it happens" he says. I was in his office for 3 minutes tops, the whole process felt extremely rushed and he was not thorough in the slightest bit. I left this office with ear pain for the next 2 weeks and barely any difference in my hearing. So now I am stuck with a $500 bill for absolutely no reason. I spoke to the manager and they lowered my bill to $300, but this is still wasted mon

Did not wait long to see the Dr. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I did not have to wait every long to be seen. The doctor and the person administering the hearing test wee very friendly and accommodating.

The people at the front desk were caring and kind and even tho I was late for my appointment they didn't make it a big deal and they treated me with respect and compassion for the pain that I was having in my ear

Excellent doctor. Takes his time to talk to you...never feel rushed. He has helped me to manage my Menieres Disease which I never dreamed possible before I went to him. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure

Great except for the litney of legal things I had to acknowledge and sign for pre check in. That was ridiculous and enfuriating.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Poulos today. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to sit and talk to me about all of my symptoms and how they may or may not relate. He explained everything in detail and I left there feeling more hopeful and less confused. He was not one of those doctors that rush you out or get annoyed when you ask questions and try to advocate for yourself. I was highly anxious over my condition and he was very patient with all my questions and I felt listened to . I will be going back for follow up appointments. Also , the hearing test tech was very friendly and informational . I usually only leave reviews when I find doctors very good or very bad, thankfully he seems to be one of the good ones that are often hard to find.

was very condescending, am getting tinnitus due to medication I started recently, but made it sound like it was all in my head and to just ignore it. Told me to "get a sound machine" to block it out. I've done my own research and the blood pressure meds I am on are well known to cause tinnitus. Also, we paid months ago but they continue to send us bills. I've even called and was told "You will get one more, you can just ignore it". But I've had three more! Are they hoping we will forget and pay again? Awful office, took hours, I lost time from work, solved nothing but aggravation. Would NOT recommend.
