Dr. George Albert Roebuck

I had couple nice eye doctor over 9 years. Every single time i got new glasses i needed to go for correction . Not this time. Dr. Jennifer Jacobs took her time to listen to my concerns and problems. I picked up glasses and guess what!! It fits perfectly, no any correction needed. Very happy!!!

Just plain nice people. Excellent examination process, warm and welcoming.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. But Dr. Jennifer Jacobs deserves ever one. She's professional, courteous and friendly. Her sole purpose is to give the best care possible. She sit with me and answer all of question to my satisfaction. If I call her with any concern, she would contact me in a timely manner. I recommended her to all my friends and family. I feel safe and cared for in her hands.

I can't thank dr roebuck enough for all he has done for me...he is the most caring and understanding Dr I have ever been to...Dr roebuck takes his time with you, explains everything so you can understand..the office staff is also so helpful and fantastic to talk to....THANK YOU SO MUCH DR ROEBUCK

I have been coming here for years! Dr. Roebuck us one of the greatest optometrists I have seen. He saved my eye from a horrible accident! I took my 6 year old son to go see him and he was so great with him! He made him feel comfortable because it was his first time. He even made him a ballon animal before we left! Dr Roebuck is always just a Phone call away when I have an Eye Emergency, Been a client for about 10 years. Have always liked his professionalism and making sure to answer any questions.

Dr Roebuck us one of the greatest optometrists I have seen yet. He is very understanding explains everything In detail and understanding on every level. I will be bringing my son to him for his next eye appointment.

Dr roebuck is a great doctor. He saved my daughters life and vision. Without him she'd be dead or blind.

Dr George Roebuck is so EXCELLENT. very kind, patience, thorough. I highly recommend dr. Roebuck. My son was riding his mini bike and had a stick go up in his eye. I called dr. Roebuck on a saturday evening and was shocked that he answered himself and even more shocked that after I explained what happened to my son he met me at his office and open it up for us at 9:00 pm to make sure he was ok. My entire family sees him and we absolutely love this office. Everyone has always been so nice and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I'm so thankful to have found an amazing optometrist. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of my son and calming this nervous mama's nerves. I knew he was in good hands. I have been to 3 optical offices in the area and none of them were willing to spend the time required to properly fit my glasses. Then I walked into Dr. Roebucks office. His staff spent a few minutes making some adjustments, checking the fit both on my ears and making sure the frames were "straight" for my face. Dr. Roebuck came out and made the final adjustments explaining what he did and why he did it. He and his staff are extremely professional and very thorough. Dr Roebuck and his staff saw my daughter after we expressed concerns about her eyes in relation to her health. He handled her special needs with patience and compassion, and as a result we were able to complete all necessary testing. I would highly recommend this office after just one visit.

I have personally experienced great customer service and very friendly staff at Dr. Roebuck's office. His team have accommodated me on many occasions and have been so helpful with making sure my eye sight is at its best. I also appreciate the time Dr. Roebuck takes with each patient making sure his clients are taken care of, and the patience he has to explain issues that arise with my eyes. Everyone is very courteous. Nice office. Good selection. Received your glasses in a timely manner.

Dr Roebuck truly cares about his patients. My fiance and I both see him and have been beyond satisfied. He is even concious of our budget needs for purchases outside insurance. We will continue to come here as long as we reside in the area.

Dr Roebuck is absolutely amazing, he is extremely thorough and will educate you on your eyes throughout the whole appointment. He is very intelligent and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. His staff is kind and organized and his office is clean and calm. 100% would recommend and have to friends and family.

Dr. Roebuck is a doctor who truly cares to get things right. Extremely comprehensive, even with the most routine procedures. Unlike most optometrists these days, Dr. Roebuck is no Cracker Jack box doctor. A wonderful family friendly practice.

For years I thought I was stupid because I could not retain that which I read in books. Dr. Roebuck discovered a correctable disability which enabled me, with some therapy, to understand that which I was reading. I had seen other optometrists for glasses since elementary school; none of whom were as thorough and knowledgeable. I was glad to have found Dr. George, even though it was while in college. My GPA increased dramatically. It made such a difference to finally understand and retain reading material. If you have children they and you would benefit greatly by visiting Dr. Roebuck.
