My daughter has been going here since she was born and is now almost 4. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is amazing. I recommend to anyone I know.

I went to a different pediatric group in Palos, but was unsatisfied. Found good reviews from parents about Dr. George and his team, so I went with it! I now love this group! If I ever have a question, the staff is great at answering them! I've been able to get my sick kids in without a problem right away!

Some of the doctors are not knowledgeable enough nor do they care to listen to our concerns. I just took my son there because he had an allergic reaction. They immediately assumed that it was due to an antibiotic he was on. I informed the doctor the allergic reaction happened right after we left the office and before the medicine was given to him. Yet, the diagnosis was he's allergic to antibiotics. The doctors need to listen and not make irrational decisions. He's not allergic to the medicine, but he had a viral infection. Dr Stratos is the best! He is such a caring and compassionate doctor, very professional and always goes above and beyond for our children.

Overall my experience with the New Lenox Pediatrics office was not a complete bad one and I believe my 2 boys would have continued to be treated here if they would have continued to be seen by Doctor Kevin Joseph and Doctor Stratos Skarpathiotis! They both are very good and I highly recommend them they are always caring and very understanding to new parents during the pandemic! And love to answer any and all questions regarding your child's health concerns!!! However until my oldest son had caught a very bad cold and was experiencing flu like symptoms and I had to reach out to Dr. Rachel Holcomb through the 24 hour emergency hotline. I do not believe she was as professional and caring as she could have been. For the record I did not call at an extremely late hour in the night it was around 7 pm and I was met with an annoyed, rude, and unprofessional doctor who while I was giving her as much information into the circumstances on when my son had a 101 temperature she rudely interrupted me and stated " Oh my God He won't let me finish, he won't let me talk!" After I addressed her unprofessionalism she did not apologize and rushed me off the phone. I never have received this type of behavior from anyone in the medical field and I have family members who are doctors and nurses! If you are annoyed with answering the 24 hour emergency hotline then you should remove yourself and have some else who can provide a better service to your patients YOU ARE A DOCTOR! Also if you ever have to deal with the billing department at this location, do not expect for them to reach out to your insurance provider for any assistance regarding coverage issues, and if they do it will be done carelessly. If your considering this location for your young ones PRAY YOU DO NOT EVER NEED TO CALL THE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY HOTLINE!!!! And if you do hope that Dr. Rachel Holcomb is not annoyed with answering all your questions regarding your child!!!! The team of doctors never let us down. I've been taking my son there since birth for 12 years. They had dropped a certain insurance provider that happened to be mine at the time. So I switched to stay there. No way would I go to another pediatric doctor. they are compassionate respectful, etc, etc U call them with a medical issue. 98% of the time you've got the same-day appointment. God Bless them. ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLACE GREAT DOCTORS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

All the staff & doctors are amazing! Have been coming here for 17 years & wouldn’t ever think about bringing my girls anywhere else!

No complaints! I have seen most of the doctors and they are all amazing! The nurses and front desk are always helpful and friendly.

We LOVE Dr. George kids. I am a former pediatric nurse who knew immediately I would be choosing this pediatric group when I had a baby. I could not be more happy with my decision to go with them. Each provider takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions in detail. I am able to get in for appts easily. Dr. Stratos Skarpathiotis has even stayed late to see my daughter when she was sick with a fever at 3 months old. THAT is excellent care! All of the front desk staff and MA’s are also amazing. Nice staff and friendly too!

We love all the physicians and staff at Dr. George’s office. They all have excellent bedside manner and are always very thorough and informative. I’ve never had any issues and my boys have been patients here for years. Never been a hassle to schedule appointments—even last minute it sick visits. I’ve taken my daughter here since she was born, 10 weeks early. Dr. George and staff came highly recommended by Christ hospital. My daughter has had several health issues and Dr. George’s staff has addressed them all. My daughter is now 9 and thriving. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.

Been going here for years and wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

The kindest doctors, nurses and staff works here. The time and attention they give my kids makes me feel at ease because I know they are in great hands. Thank you very much Palos Pediatrics, Dr. George left a wonderful group to care for so many kids in need of the same great care he provided!

I cannot recommend this practice. It’s been going downhill for the past few years since some of the great Drs and nursing staff left. It used to be easy to get an appointment and a short wait to be seen....totally opposite experience now. The admins are rude and the Drs are dismissive and don’t truly listen, they’re quick to prescribe an antibiotic to send you on your way without trying to get to the root of the issue. This was my pediatrician as a child & now my children go here. For anyone who is a new patient or thinking about becoming a patient I highly recommend this practice! The staff is very nice & friendly I love all of the doctors, besides doctor Janet. DO NOT book your child’s appointment with Doctor Janet!!! I myself and a few other parents I know that use this practice have had conversations and we all agree she’s not the doctor to book with, we all have had bad experiences with her. I’m not stating this comment off of one time seeing her, I’ve given her too many chances in my eyes with all of my children and she is not good with any age group, especially young ones 6yrs and younger. Most of the time too when you call to make an appointment she always has available openings... ???? no wonder. But she is not friendly, especially when it come to kids who are nervous about being at the doctors office to start off with. She is also very awkward to communicate with it’s like she is listening to what you’re saying but at the same time annoyed you’re speaking. She hardly ever gives advice or knowledge that is relatable to your visit. On a number of occasions after see her I have left the office and called to make an appointment with a different doctor for the following day. Because I felt like no suggestions or answers were given by doctor Janet to help my children. Her key phrase is well if it’s still happening in a week from now call & come back.... so pretty much she doesn’t know and doesn’t really care so bye ! I can not express enough that to be a pediatrician you should be kid friendly and she’s not at all. my 7yr old refuses to see her and my 1yr old who LOVES all the other doctors there will not let me put her down or let go of her hand when doctor Janet walks in. I highly recommend this practice and all of the other doctors there me myself and my child love all the other doctors & nurses, right now my kids favorite is doctor Joseph! He’s super kid/family friendly makes you feel comfortable, at ease, the kids are never nervous around him he makes them laugh and he’s also very caring and knowledgeable about his career and care for children.
