He abandoned me as a patient with no notice or consequence for his rapid departure from Physicians First practice.
I got a phone call from First Physicians Group yesterday, canceling my upcoming appointment (in 2 weeks) and informing me that Dr. Toth was leaving the practice. I replied that I've been actively seeking a new doctor since my last encounter with him. Dr. Toth may be the right doctor for some people, but he wasn't a good fit for me.
Dr. Toth was arrogant, completely dismissive, and did not listen to a word I said. He actually interrupted me at one point to say, "let me Google the correct dosage for infant Motrin." Thanks, but no thanks.
Was trying to establish as new patient but he had his own agenda... he did not agree with diagnosis of 3 of my specialists.... curt & arrogant.
I am reserving my opinion. I saw Dr T for 10 minutes for a first time visit. The jury is still out. One of his office persons was a bit snippy and impatient and you have to deal with them too.

I am a patient of Dr. Toth at his new practice in North Port with First Physicians Group. I go to him for everything, since he is a Family Practitioner and also has experience with aging adults. I like his caring approach and bedside manner. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had.
