Dr. Gerald Irwin Busch

Mh son has been a patient since he was 6 years old hes now 16. Before the pandemic the clinic was very reliable but they just disappeared without a phone call not even a letter during the pandemic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Busches for 20 years. The passed 8 yrs he had some nurse practioners running his practices. Since the COVID we can't get in touch to get our medication. Its like they disappeared into thin air.

Dr Busch has been my doctor for 11+ years as of 2020. I think the world of him. And I’d do all I could to help him as he has literally saved my life. I recommend him with no reservations.

Your Maple Ridge location does not answer the phone in is currently shut down letting clients high and dry to do and defend for them so for their medication

I've been seeing Dr. Busch for around 4 years or so and he's by far the most professional Dr I've ever seen. Always responsive and concerned about how am I'm feeling. I'm glad I found him.

I have been a patient since mid 1999. During that time, I have witnessed changes unparalleled in this nations history....In my opinion, medical care effected more than most realize. Dr. Busch, like other great practitioners, are not able to provide the level of individualized care available pre-2005. He has still managed to remain compassionate towards his patients; medically indigent or financially on top. Dr. Busch is probably the most significant factor in me being alive today. Thank You.

This office and it's staff seem to care very little for the welfare of its patients. Appointments are constantly cancelled and getting refills is 99% impossible.

I feel like a second class citizen. I have no insurance but pay in cash. it is nearly impossible to get the doctor or doctor administrative assistant on the phone at all at any time Monday through Friday during business hours and they do not care

This doctors office is freaking ridiculous no courtesy call from the staff that the docter will not be in because he's on vacation. An to top it off they don't answer any calls I've been calling all morning and the lady said they have been busy so they could not answer so to prove a point that they just don't wanna work I called the doctors office while sitting there for almost 20 mins with no one picking up and all I get is some prescriptions give to me for the next 3 months.

He is wonderful but needs new staff they never answer phones hang up on you take weeks to get refills done and never return calls if you leave a message better off just calling 911...

Dr. Busch is an extraordinary Doctor. If you are honestly trying to be a better person and you show him you are sincere, he will strive to help. The above problem that the other reference said about not getting to talk to the doctor on the phone is ludicrous. No doctor will interrupt clinical visits to talk on the phone. Leave a message and he will respond through his office personnel.

I am so happy that I have an opportunity to express why I am no longer a patient. Dr.Busch is a wonderful doctor. I felt he listened to me and he remembered me. Please I hope Dr. Busch make some changes in staff. The staff would keep calling and changing my appointments. When I asked to speak with the doctor because I did not have meds and needed help his staff refuse to allow me to speak to the doctor. The receptionist hung the phone up on me and with that never allowed me to see the doctor.
