Great!
My husband visited this office and was refused service. The office staff would not accept his GOVERNMENT ISSUED passport as a form of identification for service, stating he must have a Alabama issued driver's license. This blatant discrinimation will not be accepted.
Called to make a new patient appointment. The receptionist was rude and stated we don’t take walk-ins. I was clearly trying to make a new patient appointment as I stated that to her. She then stated have a good day and hung up while I was still talking.
Dr. Sparks has been my family Doctor since 2006-07. He is thorough and soft spoken, but has an amazing ability to treat each illness and ailment making you feel like his only patient. Dr Sparks reflects and asks questions, does whatever he has to in order to create a better quality of life for his patients. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a family Dr. And have done so. Including my own fiance and my 2 daughters. Dr. Sparks has been my family Doctor since 2006-07. Dr.Gerald Sparks is a wonderful doctor, I have been seeing him for about 8 years and he is # 1 in my book, and my book is complicated I have MS and a few other things and Dr. Sparks has never let me down. I had MRSA a few year ago and after seeing 3 or 4 doctors in Mobile with no help Dr. Sparks diagnosed me and cured the infection, he saved my life!!!
