I have been going to Dr West for over 10 year he is a real good doctor he is always willing To go the extra mile for his patience and is easy to talk to and get answers from staff is top notch I would definitely recommend him as a family doctor

I just called to see if they accept new patients. They do, BUT not Medicare or seniors with Medicare. Bummer!

His staff needs better training. Your visit starts with interacting with them. No compassion. -3 stars Dr West started off well, but dropped the ball when he wouldnt even refer us to a second doctor option nor return my call after trying 3 weeks of 5 5 calls! -1 Star = 2 stars

I've only had one appointment with Dr. West but so far he seems to have good energy. He was very informative and took his time addressing my concerns.

Great staff and Doctor, they make you feel at home

I should have put in my positive review over 10 years ago when Dr. West became my doctor. I’d had a terrible time with another physician who was dismissing my serious symptoms. Dr. West took the time to listen (like so many others have said!) and it turned out I had Barrett’s Syndrome and a hiatal hernia and was able to get much needed treatment. He doesn’t take Blue Cross P.P.O. With Medicare. How he survives in a town with mostly seniors I don’t know.

Awesome staff and awesome doctor. Dealt with an issue that kept getting the wrong diagnosis, Dr West took the time to listen to me and had a proper exam, on my way to recover. Highly recommend.

Dr. West is one of the best. He takes time to make sure everything that is wrong has been addressed. He does not rush through your 15 minute appointment to get to the next copay. He truly cares for the wellbeing of his patients. Dr. West remembers the small things that his patients mention. Absolutely love this doctor.

In a few words " Doctor West is mine and my family HERO" that being said means, he really listens help you and take care of you!!

Great doctor been going with him for years. Very friendly unlike some doctors here. Very friendly staff. He doesn’t rush you out of the offfice like other doctors do

My husband has been seeing Dr West and he takes his time and explains EVERYTHING very down to EARTH doesn't rush out the door. Makes you feel like you are at home taking to a family member. Thank you Dr West for making us feel at home in a new unfamiliar place.

I was so impressed with the standard of care Dr. West gave my husband. We were given a last-minute appointment and his staff bent over backwards to be gracious. Dr. West was extremely thorough. He did a lengthy exam, checked everything ....eyes, ears, nose, throat and everything in between. Questionable billing practices as in using incorrect diagnostic codes and over-billing, office staff can'r seem to get much straight. Can't get scrips called in right, get answers to questions . So frustrating we no longer see Dr. West. Even the Dr. couldn't keep things straight and he was holding our chart!
