He is an amazing, caring doctor. He is so meticulous in his methods, and had been wonderful to our son. We couldn’t recommend him more!
Dr Saponara was very good but the woman in the billing department is rude , obnoxious, and unprofessional. Watch out for their fee if you cancel an appointment! I have been going there for years but will be going elsewhere from now on! Never been talked down to and reprimanded by a doctors office staff before.
Very poor nasty ???? staff they refused to give me a mask ???? tubby in the office says after walking up 3 flights do you have one in your car? Yes, Yes, Yes .. 90 degrees out gotta walk the 3 flights up and back but I didn’t do it. What an amazing doctor. My 23 year old daughter was scared going in for the visit and Dr. saponaro was so amazing. Explained everything he was doing and really took his time with us. Instead of immediately going into toe surgery, he gave us a chance to try and get rid of her toe pain by doing alternatives. He was so sweet and kind...even talking to my daughter about her future career! Loved him. would recommend all day long. Staff was very nice and kind as well What an amazing doctor.
