The front office will leave you on HOLD !! Especially when it’s almost lunch time .. very unprofessional… they don’t give you a chance to talk at all

Dr Arrington is Awesome!!! The lady at the front desk is rude! Very Rude! She doesn't care about your concerns at all. I will be finding my child another Dr. This is becoming repetitive and stressful.

When you do see the doctor it’s very brief..... customer service is horrible they don’t know nothing!! No follow up calls I REPEAT DO NOT ATTEND OR ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE . I’m saving you from a headache!!!!!

Horrible customer service, the staff is just nasty and rude and plain up unhelpful. Dr Arrington herself is great but the staff she has working is incompetent.

Doctor Arrington is great! The doctor saw my husband and his brother when they were growing up. The problem with this office is the front desk staff. They act the way they do because the office manager has no customer service skills at all. Rude they hang up on you when trying to get things resolved. Dr. Gertrude Arrington MD is the best, hands-down. I am just writing this review because 10 years ago, I never thought to write reviews. As a baby, I took my son to other doctors while they could not see the problem. As soon as I took my son to Dr. Gertrude Arrington, she instantly knew the issue. She really knows her work. I am just writing this review because I was looking for an eye doctor for myself. I then remembered the wonderful experience I had with my son's visit with Dr. Gertrude Arrington. I had hopes of being seen by Dr. Gertrude but realize that she only sees children patients. It has been 10 years and my son is still doing great and I still remember Dr. Arrington MD. What an amazing African American, doctor and woman! Thank you for being the best Dr. Gertrude Arrington MD and I hope that you read this message someday. I like the doctor but you will be there 3 hours or more for a simple check-up

Not only has myself but also my two children been patients of Dr. Arrington but now my granddaughter is a patient of hers and Dr. Arrington is not the problem it is her office staff they have no customer service skills and they are very rude. I absolutely love Dr. Arrington. We have been seeing her for 17 years. Yes, the waits can be long, but the service is worth it. Her staff - that's a whole 'nother story. I have never seen such rude individuals. They change frequently, but most i have encountered need soft skills training. I have been 'round and 'round with them. They are very short and frankly have no business working in a customer service role. I absolutely love Dr. Arrington. We have been seeing her for 17 years. The worst experience ever . The staff is undertrained and very unprofessional. They have no care in the world they would rather stop seeing the child before fixing the problem . New location and still very unorganized

Wanted to share some positivity. Major improvements!!! I’ve taken my daughter and niece to Dr. Arrington for 15 years and have seen the decline in service that some spoke of from the support staff but never from Dr. Arrington. Although I’ve never waited a long time or had experiences as I see others may have. Dr. Arrington is an exceptional physician. I went on yesterday, she has a new and updated office and a new staff. Our appointment was for 8:15am and we were in the car by 9:04am. If you are contemplating it give her office a chance. I love Dr. Arrington and the care she provides my girls. Dr. Gertrude Arrington is an awesome doctor and person. We have been seeing her for years. My daughters adore her. She is attentive and giving. She stays until all patients until they are seen and gives energy as if we were her first patient of the day. Dr. Arrington found an issue with my daughter that our previous pediatricians missed. I called today to get my 3 month old son in to the doctor today for bad congestion cold and the office staff lady said they were not taking any appointments today nor any walk in appointments and told me to take my son in to urgent care. I told her I didn't have 50.00 copay to pay urgent care. She still didn't help my son. Horrible way to treat a new baby and parent. Very disappointed to be done that way. Love Dr. Arrington, she has a passion for kids. But medical assistants whom I’m hoping are not nurses are so inexperienced and the visit always take 2 hours plus. They gave my baby shots out of order, I didn’t even return I took her to the health department where they talked against how this office did her shots and staff is very unorganized. Hold time on the phone is crazy, need more schedulers or something. Called for medical records they told me that it will take a month to be faxed over. That’s ridiculous. I switched doctors. Dr. Arrington has been my children's doctor for 18 years and now she is my newborn grandsons doctor as well . She is the best and her staff is great . I would not want another Dr seeing my children .

I love Dr. Arrington! She was my pediatrician ever since I can remember and now that I have children of my own, I just had to take them to her. She is excellent with kids, very knowledgeable, etc. My only complaint is that the nurses are hit or miss sometimes (they have their good and bad days, in terms of wait time, professionalism, etc.). Other than that, I would certainly recommend his doctor.

Dr. Arrington wait time is 30 minutes to an hour. It is hard to get an appointment with her. Last year she did not have vaccinations ready and I was told that they would call me back and they never did to reschedule an appointment. I think my children sees the nurse practitioner more then they see her. Front office will leave the voicemail on even though they are in the office. Until she gets some more doctors, I will not use her services for my kids.

The doctor is friendly enough, but every single time my children have had an appointment the wait takes FOREVER! If they say your appointment is at 9:00 plan to show up at 8:55 but not leave until 10:30-11:00! A couple times we were the first in the office and still takes over an hour. The office is dated and simple, but I guess that is okay if it is not impeding on the care given. Not sure I would recommend to friends with kids. I love Dr. Arrington but the wait is insane. I have to plan to be here all day or end up canceling any other plans I've made. I wait for a room, the first nurse, Dr. Arrington, then the second nurse who administers the vaccines. Dr. G. Arrington is a very special pediatrician. She is one of a knd and very professional. I meet her immediatly after i had my daughter at South Fulton Hospital. It was strange after having three children before i had the my last one i never had a pediatrician to come to the hospital to talk with me and i was overwhelmed with joy and that was six years ago. She is currently all of my childrens pediatrician. She is the BOMB :+)

Wonderful doctor! Dr. Arrington has been my children's doctor for about 16 years and we love her.

Myself and my daughter just love Dr. Arrington. She is the best doctor that I have ever encountered, out of the ones that I've come in contact with myself or my 2 year old daughter.
