Be prepared to wait a couple of hours on every appointment. Went to the Sherwood location for nearly two years. Seems to be a lot of turnover concerning the staff. Ask for copies of everything you sign and ensure that you understand what you are signing. This can be difficult if you are in pain but there is no grace given here. Be aware of what you are being billed for as well. They use a questionable testing company in Florida that bill you an outrageous price. Dr. Khaleel may accept your insurance provider but this 3rd party company probably will not accept it. Not sure why he would use a company that does this unless their is some type of monetary gain to be had. Currently having my insurance company look into this. Had an 8 a.m. appointment today. Waited until 9 a.m. and left. Came back hours later and there was still no one there. I guess they couldn't be bothered with letting their patients know they wouldn't be there.

Awesome doctor. Very thorough. The staff is just the opposite. Never expect a call back. It's not going to happen. Hate having to talk to the receptionist every time I call and the nurse completely ignores her messages

I love Dr. Khaleel. I've been his patient since 2013. I have a real problem with the fact you can't get in touch with his office. You go through a switch board. You never receive a call back from the office. I call because I need something. I don't just call to pass the time of day. It's become worse the past few months. His office change my appointment from the 30th of July to come in the 31st I live in Camden which is a hour ride when I come to the appointment he was a no show was not happy. Other wise he is a good Dr. Could be just upset for the blank trip and waste of gas.

He actually cares and treated me like a person i loved that he takes you into his office and goes over the results of whatever tests you have taken i would recommend him to everyone and the wait you may have because he is so dang good at what he does is soooo worth it.

Best Neurologist in the state! He’s a very sought after, hardworking, busy man but he never makes you feel like you’re wasting his precious time, which is quite valuable. He gives you his undivided attention and focuses on your treatment, while providing top tier, quality healthcare.

Dr. Khaleel and his entire staff are absolutely awesome

Dr. Khaleel diagnosed me with sleep apnea before meeting me. He then referred me to a sleep clinic where he was a Dr on staff and lied to my family and me about why he referred us to that clinic when we asked. That referral is a blatant violation of steerage laws. In addition to that, the condition that put me in the hospital and subsequently under his care, he was vague about and acted like he hadn't even looked at the test results. This is after he forgot about me the first full day I was in the hospital, something he admitted, which delayed my treatment and caused an extra day of inpatient care. Post hospital, his staff was incompetent. They don't check faxes and barely answer the phone, which means multiple attempts from the specialty pharmacy to get clarification before I could start my life long maintenance medication was ignored and delayed. In order to get the office to follow thru,no had to go to his office in person and stand there while they searched the stack on the fax.

Saw him when he worked in Little Rock. Worst doc !!! Staff never called you back, he left you in the room from over an hour past your appt time, and wasn't a good listener. Used him since a friend of ours said he was great. When I tried to call back no one ever answered and nurse called back saying they did (this is while I call 3-4 times a day for a month and basically playing phone tag on the last day) I had a better chance of winning the lottery than them answering a phone. after the rude nurse I called saying "Cancel any appointments you made with me I am not going to use a doctor who's staff is extremely rude to patients and do not answer the phone when needed." Dr Khaleel is very intelligent, wise, & has wisdom that has been needed in a neurologist in Arkansas with the qualities that also include compassion, true empathy & genuine respect for his patients as "individuals"! Not just a label or a diagnosis. He treats you as a human being with worth & value! He is positive, encouraging, he focuses on the whole patients life! Not just medication & procedures. He wants to know about what it's like at home, support system, diet, social life, much more! #1

He ia a great doc. , takes so long to see him cause he stays booked up. Patience would rather see him than his nurse practitioner.

He was a gift from God for my family. I lost my brother and he was the kindest person and very thorough. I would highly recommend him.

I've been in major pain for the last five years! Dr Khaleel has been the first Dr that has taken the time to listen to me and not thinking that this pain has alll been in my head! He has been a God send to me! He is a very through Dr, who takes the time to listen to his patients and find a solution their problems! A very friendly staff who is willing to go out of the way to help with their patients! If you want a Dr who really cares Dr Kalheel, he's the best!!!

Absolutely love him! Only complaint is I've been calling his office for over a month and leaving messages on voicemail since no one answers the phone and still haven't received a call back. This has to be staff issues but really needs to be fixed! Not good at all when u can't get a appointment with your Neuro which is insane!
