Dr. Gonzalo Lievano

My husband has been going to Dr Lievano for over 3 yrs now. He did a wonderful job on his prostate surgery and we trust him completely.

Terrible. Never even shook my hand or examined me. Took a look at films and decided i should remove my kidney. Would even entertain looking at my films from my surgery 5 years ago to determine if anything had changed from the recent ER visit how do you tell someone to remove a major organ without looking at all the options and all the other issues didn’t even ask me about my family history my brother has a similarly congenital that wasn’t diagnosed until late 30’s it was totally missed. Horrible service , seems like he doesn’t even listen , would not recommend

Rude, unprofessional doctor. Lack of manners. Seems to take his patients health lightly risking his patients well being.

Rude and incompetent staff. Can't follow simple instructions. The doctor is not professional at all. Non informative and really just a POS! Any other urologist is anyone's best bet. Stay away from this Doctor

Very bad service and waste of time plus treating their patients like nothing important. The doctor scheduled me for surgery at 7:30 and got there before. I got prepared for it and turned out to be waiting 4 long hours and I was already starving. Nurses were talking and laughing all the time. They wanted me to wait another 45 minutes plus another wait on the 2nd floor. Dr. Lieavano never bothered to send a nurse or tell us himself the reason of the wait. ENDED UP CANCELLING THE SURGERY!!! Dr. Gonzalo Lievano was great. It was easy to get an appointment with him and he spent the time to explain all my options. Once I decided to have surgery he was able to get me in that week. He had a great surgery staff and the surgery went great and recovery has been quick. After surgery he took the time to answer my questions and recommend an oncologist. Additionally, his office has been easy to reach by phone and the staff was extremely helpful. I was lucky that he was recommended to me and I would not see any one else. If your looking to get the run around, unprofessional staff and rude behavior then this is your place, otherwise look for another urologist they're a dime a dozen. This experience is just based on getting an appointment imagine if your a patient.

Staff was nice and professional, dr. Was very helpful and explained my condition well. I had a short wait time. The nurse was very friendly as well.

Horrible. An absolute horrible nightmare.
