Dr. Graciano F. Avendano

I've been going to Dr. Avendano for over 10 years and have found him to be a very caring, easy to talk to person. Never rushed and always willing to answer any questions. Glad to see the office staff has changed and is easier to deal with.

Under new management, the office ran more quietly and more smoothly.

Dr Aveendano has been my cardiologist for the past 21 years. The first time I met him was in the hospital while having a heart attack . He is a very caring and thorough doctor . Always takes his time to discuss all of my questions and concerns. The office staff , which is all part of Meriden Health , are so friendly , which is a “ breath of fresh air” compared to the women who ran the office in the past . My only issue is that I did not feel comfortable with the set up of the waiting room during Covid . It was crowded , not as socially distant as I would have liked . I will make my upcoming appointments first thing in the morning.

After my heart attack I was recommended to see Dr. Avendano, first visit was an hour, he set me up with tests, and monitors, and new medication, he brought all my numbers from my bloodwork to normal, I see him every three months now, and he still spends as much time as I need with every visit, I could not be happier, this past visit Hackensack Meridian group now runs the office, I met the staff, they were very concerned and accommodating, not only to me but to the other patients, everything is clicking at Dr Avendano.‘s office, all good to report, thank you DR

Finally the rude office manager retired. The new one is just as bad as the one that retired Office staff cannot handle their job and are very unprofessional with the patients.

Dr Avendano is an amazing dr. He is also a compassionate and kind soul. Some of the staff need to be more like him. They are rude. Hang up on you. Really need a coarse on how to treat others. Would recommend highly recommended dr.
