Dr. Smith is very kind and caring. I highly recommend his office but call in advance because they are very busy.

My relationship with Doctor Smith spans two or more decades. He is a good listener and a very knowledgeable, but pragmatic professional counselor .

I have loved everything about my experience here. Dr. Grayson Smith is very personable with a pleasant attitude and demeanor. The staff is attentive, helpful and very friendly. The nurses and phlebotomist are amazing as well. Very effective communication all around. Hands down. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Smith was alright, poor communication though and non-helpful staff. I thought he wanted me on way too many prescriptions without any talk of diet, lifestyle or side effects. It would take over a week to get an important refill - I'd call the pharmacy on a Monday and it would sit till Friday when it was denied without any explanation or personal contact. So I couldn't get anything done for that till the following week when I was totally out of meds and that caused other problems. When I voiced my concern I was told to find another doctor and was not allowed to talk to Dr. Smith about it. So I got references and chose another doctor only to find that he was in the same network and I'd been banned from seeing all of those doctors. To get in with a new doctor took nearly three months and I had to go to a $300 per visit emergency clinic just to get a refill but at least they took my Medicare. I could not recommend Dr. Smith's clinic, especially if you are on Medicare. Dr. Smith was alright, poor communication though and non-helpful staff. I've just started seeing Dr. Smith and have found him to be caring, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time needed to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. At this point feel confident my health care is in good hands.

Dr Smith has been my primary care physician for more than 20 years. I have a health background and a graduate degree from UT Health Science Center and can recommend Dr Smith without any hesitation!

Dr. Smith treated my daughter for a few years when she lived in San Marcos. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Working with Dr. Smith, I found that as I had more health problems and concerns, he became less interested in providing care as evidenced by his demeanor and up to the point of his telling me I had too many medical issues and he did not want to deal with all of them. My medical issues were minor (i.e. eczema, sleep apnea, back pain, an occasional ear infection, and intermittent sickness). I was appalled that my primary care physician would dismiss my issues that I have no control over.
